Sorrow, etc., that suffering will certainly become without joy, because happiness itself has power. For suffering, there is no feeling of joy, therefore, thinking that one can achieve happiness is also false. "Having power" refers to others, happiness or suffering, the one with power will overwhelm the other. If it is said that the one that is overwhelmed is not experienced, if happiness, etc., are not the nature of being experienced, then how can it be a feeling? This must be certain. However, even if happiness is overwhelmed by others, will there still be that subtle nature of suffering? If so, this coarse experience of suffering will be eliminated, even so, it is not possible, because there are those in the world who boast of experiencing two feelings at the same time. Some think that "that is from that" means that after experiencing coarse happiness, one experiences a lower nature of mere joy, and later the coarse happiness does not exist, because it is overwhelmed by others. If so, then its subtle state does not exist either, because that subtle suffering is also eliminated, therefore it does not exist. Therefore, since in one thing, coarse and subtle do not exist in time or kind, it is not real. Or, if because the true cause, which is the opposite of the cause of suffering, arises, thereby happiness arises and suffering does not arise, then feeling is considered to be fabricated by conceptual thought. Therefore, in "therefore" etc., "this" refers to feeling, that is, suffering. Why? Because "conceptual thought" etc. are said. Just like this, first, the yogi will temporarily obviously tend to the path of conceptual thought, therefore, conceptual thought itself is the field of the seed of meditation. Therefore, the meditation that arises from the field of conceptual thought, what is its food? This shows that the conceptual thought, which is established by name, which is not ultimately real, and feelings, etc., are not ultimately real. If the root

Etc. belong to others. The thought is this: the aggregation of object, sense faculty, and consciousness is contact. This is also the ultimate truth, and therefore the feeling arising from its causes and conditions is also the ultimate truth. Therefore, it should be considered as such. Here, this should be analyzed: are these objects and sense faculties considered to be completely different and with intervals? Or are they considered to be completely different and without intervals? These are two distinctions. So, what is the meaning of the aggregation of these two? If the sense faculty and the object have intervals, then where will these meet? How will aggregation occur? If there is no interval, even then, since they are one, what will meet with what, and how will it aggregate? Or, gross things are not aggregates, but rather atoms. If this is said, then atoms etc. are mentioned. 'Without interval' means without holes, without other opportunities. 'Equal' means without parts. Because there is no entry, there is no questioning, which is a summary of the previous content. To accumulate other reasons, it is said 'without parts' etc. Or, embodied beings may have contact, but how can disembodied beings exist? It is said 'consciousness' etc. If embodied and disembodied beings are like that, but there is only an aggregation of limb characteristics, then there is no contact there. If this is said, then it is said 'aggregation also' etc. 'Thus' etc. is a conclusion. If there is no contact, that is, if there is no contact, then the feeling arising from the causes and conditions of contact will not exist, and therefore suffering etc. will not harm the world. Then, what is the effort to abandon the suffering and sorrow etc. of the world for? This is not understood. If the feelable and the feeler are not existent, then is feeling also existent? If this is said, then it is said 'when' etc. This state refers to the state where all phenomena are originally peaceful in nature, and are free from the feelable and the feeler etc. Thus it is said.

If the object of feeling does not exist, then feeling also does not exist, therefore it is selfless. Like this and so on have been declared. If it is said that whatever is seen, it must be touched, this is reasonable from the perspective of conventional terms, if you think so, that is not right. Why is that? Because "what is seen or" and so on have been declared. Because it arises simultaneously, just like the mind of illusion, the collection depends on one combination, therefore, it arises simultaneously with the seen and the touched things. However, if you say "because it arises simultaneously", how should it be said? Because the cause and effect of this way are beginningless, they exist in mutual connection. Therefore, experiencing feelings from touch, if you think so. This is also not correct, because "before" and so on have been declared. Whatever arises from the previous cause, it should not become the nature of experience, however, just like discrimination, because it is the nature of later arising, so it is the nature of memory. Therefore, the previous touch that arises later from touch is only a memory, because it is not an experience, where will there be an experience of feeling? Furthermore, "the mind cannot see the mind." It has already been said like this. However, what is said is "oneself" and so on. "The feeler anyone" and so on are the conclusion. "This" refers to feeling. Now, declaring "mindfulness of the mind" and so on, it is easy to understand. "At that time, from where to know" and so on, because it is not produced from the beginning. Therefore, it is said: "What is to be known is not completely determined." and so on have been declared. Now, declaring "dharma mindfulness, like that" and so on. Thinking like this, if all dharmas have not arisen from the beginning, then, at that time, there is only the ultimate truth, how can it become the conventional truth? Therefore, the two truths cannot exist. Thinking like this, other people's saying is "if so" and so on. "That is also" and so on, is to welcome the other party's doubts. Whatever is conventional, is recognized by other conventional. For example, a mirage is considered to be the image of water.
