One should completely abandon and discard all kinds of conceptual thoughts about desires, and so on. The mind should be in a secluded place, that is, from desires up to the four dhyanas, it should be in a secluded place, and one should perfectly abide in the state between non-perception, non-perception, and cessation. This is its summary. The fourth dhyana is the basis for Bodhisattvas to accomplish the benefit of sentient beings. Because it is perfected by the realm of praise, everything is possible. The distinctions are also limitless, so it reaches the ultimate limit, so in the fifth bhumi, the paramita of dhyana becomes extremely, extremely superior. Thus, the body and mind, through seclusion, will not give rise to distraction. Not abandoning the world from attachment, and so on. Therefore, in order to completely abandon it, how should one contemplate? The terms shamatha and vipashyana are mentioned. "Perfectly endowed with shamatha" refers to samadhi. Vipashyana, which is seeing with certainty in a special way, is wisdom. Through it, one understands and realizes. How should shamatha be sought? Without attachment to the world, joy will be achieved. This refers to joy that does not depend on the world. To show that this is also reasonable, impermanence and so on are mentioned. If one does not see, one will not be happy. The mind will not be calm either. Even if one sees, one will not be satisfied. However, it is still the same as before, as in the time when one did not see, one will be tormented by craving, because of craving for gain and so on. Therefore, if one becomes attached to sentient beings, one will completely obscure reality, that is, obscure Suchness. It also destroys the mind of renunciation. Renunciation will not arise. Or, because of separation, one will be tormented by sorrow. By what is one tormented? By the sorrow of wanting to meet with what is beloved. Regarding this, the so-called mere thought refers to repeatedly thinking about suffering. This life will be spent meaninglessly. If someone asks, will one become long-lived? It is not like that, that is its meaning. How will it become meaningless? The impermanent friend is mentioned, because time is not eternal, so one should not

Because of establishing itself, it is the cause of the impermanent suffering friend. Yungdrung's liberation is so, the Dharma is the cause of liberation, liberation is things and non-things, is the characteristic of discernment, is the nature of exhaustion. Because it is the cause of that, after careful observation, Yungdrung is the Dharma, because it is conventional, it is the meaning of destruction and decay. How does it perish? When sharing with children and fortune. As such, it is said that sharing fortune is enjoying the same karma. Children refer to those who are not children and do not share fortune, children are not suffering, this is the definition. If so, what did approaching children do? What meaning was gained? Attachment to children is useless, because all ways are meaningless. Thus, friendship changes in an instant, etc., the meaning of these verses is easy to understand. Jealousy of the high, jealousy of the perfection of others, with special merits, the child's heart cannot bear it. Equality and competition are disputes arising from anger. Unpleasantness is slander. Words that like samsara, etc. As such, etc., the word 'etc.' refers to lies, etc. The word 'as such' refers to each other. It will not become very familiar, it is not to enter from familiarity, however, just ordinary people do well, rejoice. Like a bee taking nectar from a flower, like a bee taking nectar from a flower, unfamiliar, without attachment. Taking and at all times like bees enjoy. Dharma and meaning are the meaning of Dharma, from the meaning of well-preached teachings, only take and discard, not take and discard with attachment, etc., abide in unfamiliarity. Thus, after abandoning attachment, in order to abandon the greed for gain, etc., I say I gain a lot, etc., thus fear arises after death. After practicing like this, do you think it will not change? Therefore, it is a completely ignorant mind, etc., as such, it is said, what and what gains are comfortable and become ignorant.
