If, due to the merit of my intention to cultivate patience towards them, those enemies also develop remorse and repent through whipping and other means, and do not fall into the lower realms, then at that time I am very kind to that enemy. If you think like this, isn't it that at that time you yourself become the cause of falling into the lower realms? Isn't what you have done in vain? At that time, there is no special kindness to others. To show this reason, so said "my intention" and so on. Why? If I do not cultivate patience, those enemies will mostly generate afflictions, so they will also fall into the lower realms, so the behavior of protecting the bodies of others will also decline. To show this reason, so said "but accept" and so on. Now, for speaking unpleasant words, etc., cultivate patience with the certainty of generating faith in the nature of the Dharma, and because the mind is not a form, so in any case, no one can cause harm to it. The body is not a form, and because it is grasped as mine due to attachment, it can be harmed by beating and other means, but speaking unpleasant words, etc., cannot even cause harm to the body, let alone to the non-form? Therefore, because it is harmless to anyone, it is very unreasonable to be angry. To show this reason, so said the two verses of "the mind is" and so on. If you say that speaking unpleasant words is not because you have no good feelings for me, so I don't like him and get angry, then you say "others" and so on. If you say that others don't like me, it is because they proclaim my bad name, thereby hindering my gain and so on, so I don't like others not liking me, thinking that it will hinder gain and so on, so I said "hindering gain" and so on. The teacher said "my gain" and so on, and instructed like this: Abandon the sinful and dedicated patient, and be angry with others for the sake of accomplishing gain, Constant Dharma is the reason for separation. If sin can be tolerated, then there is no reason for gain. One's own death is the reason for collecting great sins, and the way to live by the disappearance of gain

It is impossible to remain in this state for a long time. Why? Because even if you stay like this, you will eventually die and fall into a bad rebirth. That's what it says. If it is not abandoning this gain, but staying without separation even after death, then dreams and so on are mentioned. Why? Because many gains and so on are mentioned. Others, if it is said by gaining and so on, if one lives by the gain achieved by sin, and afterwards one should exhaust the sin and accumulate merit, then there is no contradiction in being angry for the sake of gain, then it is said to take for the sake of gain and so on. Therefore, the purpose of living through the gain achieved by sin is not achieved, but the sin increases and the merit decreases. As it is said: All the good deeds accumulated in thousands of kalpas, such as generosity and offerings to the Sugatas, are destroyed by a single anger. Just like what was said above. If it is said that the wealth of ordinary people causes the mind that abides to appear as decay, therefore, one is angry at those who speak unpleasant words, then why didn't your mind generate anger towards those who spoke pleasant words before? Because making the stable decay is the same, that's what I thought. Now, just as pleasant words cause beings without faith to not enter into virtuous deeds but enter into evil deeds, it is a place of compassion, therefore, in order to show that this is also a place of compassion, faith and so on are mentioned. Now, taking the example of harming the Three Jewels, in order to be close to the patience of definitely thinking about the characteristics of the Dharma, Buddha images and so on are mentioned. One should not generate hatred towards this, because I will fall into a bad rebirth, and he will not forgive the Buddha. However, for oneself who also has the ability and means, and is skilled in the means of compassion and other intentions at the basic stage, the practice taken by the means of being skilled in means will itself become meaningful, and will cause many others to generate displeasure, and
