If that state is its own nature, then it would necessarily arise. If it is different, then there is no connection; if the connection is examined, then there is no end. The chief will be refuted in detail below. If that is the case, then I do not have this fault either. Because we do not want it to arise, it is always of a constant nature, and it is inherently unborn. Even if that is allowed, this is exactly like a donkey's horn, because it is unborn. Therefore, for this, "If the unborn does not exist, then what is desired to be born at that time?" This statement will not change. Even if it exists, it does not have autonomy in itself. If it is the enjoyer of the object given by the chief, then at that time, before enjoying the body, it itself does not have an enjoyer. What is born later is also its own nature, otherwise, it would not be reasonable for it to be the enjoyer. When it arises, it is also that, so how can one say that I do not want it to arise? Again, the same, "If the unborn does not exist, then what is desired to be born at that time?" This statement will be obtained. Here, other refutations are also stated, "Because it is always distracted by the object." If it is thought that this is because it enters for the enjoyment of the object given by the chief, then because it did not enter before, it should not enter later either. If it enters a hundred, then it will not be liberated from the distraction of the object. Therefore, it is also not cessation, because at that time, the enjoyment of the object will also become uninteresting, because that is its own nature. It also does not stop because it is constant, and if it stops, it will also become impermanent. For the reasoners and others who say that I am constant, why do you say its difference, etc.? Here, the difference from the Samkhya school is that there is no mind, and the others are the same. Constant means that the nature is the same in the past and future. No mind is also the nature of no mind, meaning inanimate, sentient beings are related to others.

It is to make mind. Like the sky, it is pervasive. Therefore, it is manifest that it is clear without action. What else? Attachment and other dependencies, self-nature without mind, characteristics and likewise all-pervasive, virtuous and non-virtuous actions, the agent and its result, the enjoyer and the mind, because of being endowed with the nature of mind, this is the desired self. Thus it is taught. In this way, this does not do anything, because it is not needed for any action. However, for the non-doer, due to the proximity of other co-emergent causes, it should also be acknowledged as the doer, whatever is known, diligent, and related is said to be the doer, if asked. Here, it is said that other causes and so on, even if they encounter other causes such as knowledge and diligence, but because it is constant, there is no change, what is there to do for the self that has not changed from its previous nature? It is not appropriate to have action on it. In what is called the agent and so on, how is it that someone who was in the time of non-action is also in the time of action, then what did the agent do to that which is separated from the nature of the agent? Because by what encounters other causes, action is established on it. Furthermore, because there is no connection between the two, what connection is there to say that the action of that self is this? What other reason is there? There is nothing, because the self and the powerful one will also be widely prevented, because there is nothing that is autonomous. Thus, after establishing non-autonomy in all places, the conclusion is made by saying, "Thus" and so on. In this way, according to the way it is taught, all aspects of external and internal things are under the power of others, dependent on others. In this way, then, is that which is under the power of someone not dependent on others? No, by whose power, that is powerless, it is the power of others of one's own cause. In this way, that cause is also born from its own cause, therefore, in the beginningless cycle of samsara, it is impossible for anyone to become autonomous. Therefore, all phenomena are without action. In ultimate truth, who harms whom? Therefore, the harmer
