Because of me, I will experience the results of the sinful actions done and accumulated from this, and will commit other sins, etc. Therefore, the analogy of the yoke hole floating in the great ocean is reasonable. Similarly, recognizing that obtaining leisure and endowment is also extremely rare, if one does not strive to increase virtue, what other cause is there here other than ignorance? Thus, feeling sorrow for oneself, it is said, "Like this," etc. There is no greater deception than deceiving oneself and causing the decline of virtuous wealth. There is no ignorance greater and more supreme than this. Because someone sees the wealth of virtuous Dharma in their hands, yet it is taken away. To illustrate this, it is said, "Like this," etc. Like this, recognizing that the side of non-virtue is powerful, leisure and endowment are extremely rare, and ignorance is extremely powerful, in order to practice the training as previously stated, and in order to stabilize one's own mind, if I... etc., through these verses, examine one's own behavior and generate diligence. It is said, "Like that," etc., one should rely on those and act. If one becomes lazy again, it is laziness, lacking interest in virtuous actions or becoming discouraged. Why? Because of ignorance. If one is controlled by ignorance. Then regret will arise, regret will occur. In the realms of sentient beings, hells, etc., for a long time, that is, for a long time. Again, just as one regretted not having practiced before, so it is again. The messengers of Yama, that is, the guards of the hells of sentient beings, through actions such as intimidation and beatings, say, "Why did you do this before?" or recalling what was done before. Similarly, beatings, etc., precede, urging, saying, "Go, stay." To illustrate that there are other consequences of carelessness, it is said, "Hellfire," etc. Sentient beings

The fire of hell is to be completely abandoned because it burns sentient beings in hell, it belongs to the hell beings. Unbearable means extremely painful and indescribable. I wondered what to do about it, and later that suffering itself was like fire, because it burns the mind. Unlearned means without learning, which means untamed. Again, one examines oneself. Regarding what is said such as "extremely", the beneficial place means that for the sake of benefit and happiness, obtaining leisure and endowment, and meeting a virtuous friend is extremely rare, which has already been explained. Clearly possessing wisdom and also having discernment, yet being led astray again. If one has wisdom, how can one be led astray? Regarding what is said such as "by mantra", my mind has no doubt about this. Why does it change like that? What is the reason here? And how does it become like that? Here it says "like being deluded by a mantra", then what is the mantra deluded by? I don't even know what it is deluded by. If something dwells in your heart, then what is in my heart? Isn't it the enemy of afflictions? Here it says "hatred" etc., the word "etc." refers to having no head etc., which shows that they are all empty and without senses. Hatred is anger. Existence means being very happy about rebirth and being born under the influence of attachment. The word "etc." means that one should understand the ten subtle afflictions such as pride. The root of existence is the six subtle afflictions. Greed, hatred similarly, pride and ignorance, view and doubt, these are ten. As it is said. Dividing views into five types becomes ten. For example: view of the aggregates, wrong view, extreme view, view of holding views as supreme, and holding precepts and vows as supreme. These, through the distinction of path, realm, and truth, become ninety-eight types. And for Bodhisattvas, it becomes one hundred and twenty types. Cowardly means not possessing courage and steadfastness. Unwise means
