Please listen clearly. Quickness is agility, I say this from the heart. Even so, who would believe your words? To dispel this doubt, the meaning will be explained here, that is, the content such as "common diseases" is narrated. Common refers to the fear that is happening, meaning it will not last too long. Again, this is both a disease and a disease, and if you are afraid of it, you must do as the doctor tells you, and if you say "do not let my disease worsen", it means do not disobey the doctor's instructions, and if the disease worsens, let alone disobeying the doctor's instructions, what more is there to say? The meaning of "four hundred and four extra" is caused by the extra four hundred diseases. One hundred die untimely, and one dies on time, totaling one hundred and one. These are further divided into wind, bile, phlegm, and diseases caused by the mixture of these, totaling four hundred and four diseases. Different causes lead to different results, and different results lead to different causes. Since this is the case, why be afraid of something that does not exist? Therefore, the content such as "even one of them" is narrated. Those troubled by diseases, even one of them. Because all the people living in the world, that is, sentient beings. Destruction is death. Furthermore, if the medicine for these diseases cannot be found, that is, if herbs cannot be found to treat them. Here, the story of the birth of King Padma of Kashmir is heard. In the past, when the Blessed One practiced the Bodhisattva path, he became the King of Kashmir, named Padma. At that time, all the people of Jambudvipa were infected with a serious disease and were on the verge of death. They discussed: Our lord, the king, is full of compassion for us and will treat us again, and we should rely on him to eliminate our suffering. They firmly believed this and waited. They confided to the king: Great King, you are the supreme lord, thinking of us wholeheartedly, even during your reign, we still suffer such circumstances. The king also eliminated the suffering of others with compassion.
