When experiencing the fruit of suffering, one will still share the fate with it now. Why be afraid? Let alone the next life, this "here" refers to this very world. Oppressed by the suffering of approaching death, even when surrounded by relatives and attendants, it is still the same. The so-called "feelings of severed essence" refer to the suffering of thirst, fever, and so on, which one can only experience alone. Even the smallest part of it will not happen to others. What more to say about hell and other places? Here, it is taught about "the messengers of Yama" and so on. Being seized by the messengers of death is to be blessed by them, with a rope tied around the neck, being beaten with clubs, and being led to desolate and remote places full of thorns and far away, where the feet are cut off, and one experiences the karma of being alone and helpless. "What use are relatives, what use are friends?" That is to say, there, no friend can become a refuge, and at that time, only merit can become a refuge. "That was not instructed by me either," the merit that can become a refuge was not accumulated by myself either. Again, it is said, "The protector who saves from sin," and so on. Impermanence is the impermanence of life. Attachment is clinging. The reason for being "like this" is because one does not know or see that the suffering of hell and other places will occur. "Carelessness" is being arrogant and complacent because of youth, beauty, wealth, power, and so on. Again, why do you have so much sorrow? It is said, "People cut off limbs," and so on. The suffering of hell is much smaller than the suffering caused by cutting off hands and feet. Even so, it will become like this. Dryness is the complete exhaustion of oneself, thirst is being tormented by thirst, and bad eyesight is the appearance of poverty. Otherwise, it is the opposite. The suffering of hell is extremely great. It is said, "The messengers of Yama," and so on. "Terrifying" means entering. "Blessing" means possessing. "Being afflicted by a great and terrible disease " means being seized. Unclean

Emerging is emerging from there and leaking. Covering is dripping. Being terrified is being weak, supplicating and seeking refuge in the four directions. How to do it? Like saying "who" and so on. Good is doing it without reason. Protecting is completely protecting. Even so, if one does not see refuge at any time, then there is no refuge again, so one is always frustrated. At that time, at that time, how to do it? If one has no ability for all things. There, it refers to the hellish place of extreme heat and so on. Therefore, it is appropriate to remedy it right now, like saying "Therefore, the Victorious One" and so on. The protector of beings is the guide who breathes and becomes the place of trust. Great power is the unobstructed ability to do everything, and striving to protect beings means striving to completely protect all sentient beings. If that is indeed the case, even if one relies on it, if fear does not subside, then what is the use of taking refuge at that time? "Eliminating all fears" is said to eliminate all suffering. Taking refuge in the Three Jewels of Dharma and Sangha, like saying "By that" and so on. "By that" refers to the Buddhas, the Bhagavat. Realization is manifestation, which is the meaning of the Dharma of Nirvana. Eliminating the fear of samsara is because it becomes the antidote to all afflictions. True refers to extreme faith, not false, deceptive, or doubtful thoughts. The assembly of Bodhisattvas refers to the Sangha as well, being equally true. Now, as it is, offering the body to the main Bodhisattvas, like saying "I am afraid" and so on. Being extremely frightened by fear is being extremely confused by the fear of hell and so on. Samantabhadra is a Bodhisattva, and offering oneself is definitely to be offered. Also to Manjushri, that is, the protector Manjushri. Oneself means not being persuaded by others, but by one's own heart. There.

I, that is very famous. Avalokiteshvara, the protector, is the noble Avalokiteshvara, the lord. Compassionate conduct without error, means that having a way of acting in this is compassionate conduct without error. This is its own characteristic. Crying for help means calling out loudly. Pitiful crying refers to the characteristic of the action, the cry of fear due to suffering and weakness. Fear is being afraid of the ripening of karma. That refers to the Bhagavan Avalokiteshvara. Sinful self means asking for protection for the self who has committed sins. The noble Akashagarbha refers to the Bodhisattva. Kshitigarbha is also another Bodhisattva, crying for help is connected to the latter. Great compassion for all means that those who are not named are also supremely compassionate, becoming distressed by the suffering of others. Whoever sees, means whoever merely sees. Messengers, etc., the word 'etc.' refers to yakshas and rakshasas and others, those who hate become afraid, and thus flee, that is, prostrate to the vajra-holder who runs away far, that is, prostrate. Vajra-holder is the one who has the vajra, the Bodhisattva Vajrapani. Thus, taking refuge, etc., this shows the power of the support for the purpose of exhausting sins. As it is said in the Sutra of the Noble Four Dharmas, the power of reliance is taking refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, and not abandoning the mind of enlightenment. Relying on this power, sins cannot overwhelm. Also, in order to dispel other doubts, it is said 'previously' and so on. Your command means having transgressed what you have given as a command, now, that is, now. Seeing great fear means that because of transgressing it, one fears unpleasant fears, that is, unpleasant consequences, therefore one seeks refuge. Therefore, do not have other doubts, therefore pray to dispel fear, that is, the fear of sins committed in the past.
