The crack itself is not me. Flesh and tendons are me, blood vessels and tendons are tendons, warmth is the fire element of the body, and this is also not me. Wind is also not me, wind is the characteristic of exhaling and inhaling breath, and that is also not me. The nine holes are also not me. The nine holes are the eyes and so on, and those are also not me. The six consciousnesses are eye consciousness, ear consciousness, nose consciousness, tongue consciousness, body consciousness, and mind consciousness, and those are all, in any case, not me, neither separate nor gathered. The nature of the collection of teeth and so on is considered "me," but that is not recognized by understanding each separately as "me," because in the realm of the consciousness that clings to each separately as "me," those do not exist. For others, such as hair and so on, it is also not to be recognized by understanding each one as "me," but only the gathered one, just as before. Those gathered together are also not one, because that will be negated. Gathering many is also not reasonable in the realm of one consciousness, and for many, it is also not reasonable to unerringly cling to one consciousness. For error, establishing it as the nature of reality is also not reasonable. Therefore, saying "I" is merely a conceptualization, and one should be certain that it is emptiness and without substance. This is also said in the Compendium of Trainings, when practicing impurity, such as this body has hair, body hair, nails, teeth, dust, dirt, skin, flesh, bones, tendons, blood vessels, kidneys, heart, liver, lungs, intestines, large intestine, stomach, feces, cecum, spleen, excrement, tears, eye mucus, snot, thick snot, fat, pus, legs, oil, bile, phlegm, pus, blood, brain, brain marrow, urine, etc., for those things, the Bodhisattva is the nature of complete conceptualization, so it is said. That will also later show the ultimate of mindfulness of the body. Therefore, for self-grasping, there is no object. If that
