From the ground up, for those who have a concept of things, there is no meditation on the emptiness of the nature of non-things. For those who have a concept of things, there is no meditation on the six superknowledges. From there, all samadhis, all dharani gates, the powers of the Tathagata, fearlessness, individual correct knowledge, great love, great compassion, and the unmixed dharmas of the Buddha, are not meditated upon. From there, there is no abandonment of the afflictions that connect habitual tendencies. What is the reason for that? Because in this way, they cling to things, thinking "this is me," clinging to two extremes. For generosity, discipline, patience, diligence, meditation, and wisdom, they think "this is me," clinging to two extremes. From inner emptiness, to the emptiness of the nature of non-things, and the six superknowledges, from there, for abandoning the afflictions that connect habitual tendencies, thinking "this is me," clinging to two extremes, therefore they have no liberation. What is the reason for that? Subhuti, for those who have a concept of things, there is no generosity, and so on, there is no wisdom, no path, no wisdom, no attainment, no realization, no conforming patience, form is not completely known, feeling is not completely known, and so on, dependent origination is not completely known, and so on, self, sentient being, life, birth-giver, nourisher, person, individual, powerful one, lord of power, maker, feeler, knower, seer, these concepts are not completely known, and so on, abandoning all afflictions that connect habitual tendencies is not completely known, then how can they attain liberation? The Blessed One said: Kausika, it is so, it is so. The Tathagatas of the past, Arhats, Perfectly Awakened Ones, all those who have appeared, also relied on this Prajnaparamita to realize the unsurpassed perfect and complete enlightenment. The Tathagatas of the future

Those Arhats and perfectly enlightened Buddhas who appeared in the past and will appear in the future all rely on this Prajnaparamita to realize the unsurpassed and perfect Bodhi and become Buddhas. Now, in the immeasurable and countless worlds of the ten directions, all the Tathagatas, Arhats, and perfectly enlightened Buddhas who dwell, protect, and teach the Dharma also rely on this Prajnaparamita to realize the unsurpassed and perfect Bodhi and become Buddhas. The Shravaka disciples of the Buddhas of the past, the Shravaka disciples of the Buddhas of the future, and the Shravaka disciples of the Buddhas of the present, they also rely on this Prajnaparamita to attain the fruit of Stream-enterer, attain, will attain. And so on, until they attain the fruit of Arhat, attain, will attain. How many Pratyekabuddhas appeared in the past... also rely on this Prajnaparamita to attain Pratyekabodhi, attain, will attain. Why? Because in this Prajnaparamita, the three vehicles are widely proclaimed. These are all based on the principle of no characteristics, the principle of no birth, the principle of no cessation, the principle of no universal defilement, the principle of no purification, and so on. As long as it is spoken in the language of conventional truth, it is not spoken in the principle of ultimate truth. The above is widely proclaimed. Who? The Buddhas and Pratyekabuddhas, the Shravaka Sangha rely on, the only path to liberation, there is definitely no other. Thus it was proclaimed. Unable to bear the words of the Mahayana, suppose one speaks of Mahayana, etc., hey! Emptiness proponents, the so-called Mahayana, I

If it is not yet established, then wanting to establish something that is not desired, saying this is not good. Here, in order to refute in the same way as others, it is said "your argument is" and so on. If the Mahayana is not established, then how, in what way does your argument become established as the words of the Bhagavan? There, no additional valid cognition is seen that can establish the argument itself. Others said "because of what answer" and so on, saying for what reason my argument is established as the argument itself, both you and I are certain. Regarding my argument, you also do not follow the Mahayana, mistakenly thinking it is the Buddha's teaching, therefore this is established. Because I do not correctly think of the Mahayana, then who will change this answer? The proponent of the established doctrine first says to you, this is not established here. If your argument as the argument itself is the reason for being established for both, then at that time this should not be said, because it is not established. Because for you, this is not established as the argument itself. When is that? First, from the beginning of your commitment, first, in the past. From the beginning of the commitment, it is not established for you in any way. Therefore, saying it is established for both, because it is not established, it is not an establisher. If being established for both is not established, then such an establisher exists, because it is the Buddha's scripture, which has been transmitted from teacher to disciple. Any reason that enters the Sutra Pitaka and appears in the Vinaya Pitaka should be accepted and respectfully spoken. There, it is said that one's own argument, which is not contrary to the Dharma nature, is the Buddha's teaching, and if it is said that it is not other, then it is said "by what cause" and so on. Cause, for what reason is this believed, that is what is said. By what cause should the reason for believing be accepted and respectfully spoken. There, it is said that one's own argument, for the time being, yes, only that belief, please do the same for the Mahayana here, that is, for the Mahayana, there is also the belief of speaking
