Because it is a nominal measure. The forms, etc., that are cognized by it are also conventional truths, because what is correctly cognized by worldly measures is not the nature of ultimate truth, because otherwise all beings would realize ultimate truth. As it is said: Whatever, whatever object is perceived by the senses, if that is that, then even children will perceive that, then what need is there to know that? Thus, even though it is direct perception, it is not cognized by measure. If the ultimate truth of forms, etc., is direct perception, but if it is not cognized by measure, then how will it become widely known? Even if it is widely known, how is it false? It speaks of impurity, etc. In any case, in terms of ultimate truth, for the impure things such as the body of a woman, due to the mind of inverted attachment, a thought of purity will arise towards it. The word 'etc.' refers to the arising of thoughts of permanence, etc., towards impermanence, etc. That is also because it is false to cling to what is not that, meaning to cling to it in an inverted way. Similarly, there is no difference for forms, etc. If the measure of direct perception does not establish it, then it can also be established from the scriptures, such as the Blessed One teaching in the sutras that the aggregates, elements, and sources exist by their own nature, and also teaching the nature of moments, etc. What is said there is: Brahmin, all all, refers to the five aggregates, the twelve sources, and the eighteen elements, etc., as the Blessed One said. And also: All conditioned things are momentary, where is there an abiding thing? When these arise, it is said that they do that very thing. It is not reasonable to teach the dharma of momentariness and non-momentariness, etc., to the nature of illusions, etc., because for those who have no nature, there is no nature at all, so how can these not be ultimately existent? In order to guide the world, etc., it is said, the world refers to beings who are attached to the appearance of things, who are to be tamed by teaching the aggregates, etc.

These are for those who are temporarily unable to realize emptiness. In order to lead them into emptiness, it is to guide them gradually. It is also a reason, because the phenomena with characteristics such as aggregates and elements, in terms of things, are without self-nature. The protector, with the thought of completely saving sentient beings from the suffering of hell and wanting to obtain the happiness of higher realms and definite goodness, knowing these thoughts, the Buddha Bhagavan declared it, because it is clarified, but it is not the ultimate truth, therefore the scriptures are not contradictory. As it is said: The Victor said "I" and "mine", just as it was said because of need. Similarly, aggregates, sources, and elements are also said because of need. So it is said. If it is not said in the ultimate truth, then how are these momentary? In that very place it is said: These are not momentary. Because that is only in the ultimate truth, because there is no self-nature, so it is not momentary either. These are these things, in order to show their self-nature to the disciples who are guided by momentariness and so on. If that is not momentary in the ultimate truth, then how is it shown? After thinking in the mind, it is said conventional truth. If it is said that it is shown as momentary in conventional truth, then if it is said like this, there will be a contradiction, that is, it is momentary in conventional truth, but not in the ultimate truth, so there will be a contradiction, that is, it will not be related, and it will contradict the realization that it is not momentary. The nominalists realize that it is not momentary only, and the nature of conventional truth, this is the meaning of contradiction. This is refuted by establishing a tenet, that is, "Yoga conventional is faultless." For this, there is no fault of contradicting realization. Why? Because for the yogis who have attained the samadhi of selflessness of person, it is the expression of conventional truth, therefore they realize it as momentary. The thought is like this, that is, those who see from this shore, even if they have not realized momentariness, but even so,
