In order to vehemently urge and then teach with a peaceful sequence, therefore, it was said, "At that time, I," and so on. If you yourself certainly want happiness for a long time, then you should not be fond of yourself; you should abandon it. This is the final conclusion. Otherwise, it will not become being fond of oneself. If you yourself have the intention to protect from all fears, then it is proper to protect this body. This is what one says to one's own mind. If that is the case, is it also proper to follow this body? If you ask this, it was said, "How, how," and so on. This "is" refers to the body whose nature has become inverted. How, how, that is, in what ways, as much as possible, by accomplishing the resources of happiness of this and that, wanting to make it grow, this is completely cherishing. Like that, like that, extremely, that is, because the nature is extremely weak, it will surely fall. In all circumstances, for all activities, it will become unsuitable. If even if it falls, let it fall, what is the loss? If that is the case, will it also turn away from all manifest desires? It was said, "This is like that," and so on. This "is" refers to the body. "Like that" refers to wanting happiness, that is, from the beginning of falling, all these foundations are this entire Jambudvipa. When desire is not satisfied, it is desire, that is, manifest desire. It does not possess the ability to be satisfied. For example, the king, even though I became the master of Jambudvipa, I was not satisfied, and again I obtained the master of the four continents, and even obtaining half of Indra's seat, I was not satisfied. For what reason, now who would crave this difficult-to-fill body? No one would. If it is a little too much, it is not appropriate. What is the fault when it is just a little? It was said, "Cannot be attached to desire," and so on. It is difficult to obtain and cannot be fulfilled. If you want manifest desire, then afflictions will arise, that is, all manifest attachment, and hatred will arise towards the obstacles to obtaining it, and discouragement will also occur, therefore, will it become unpleasant?

The thought is like this: after engaging in a little, one wants to become more and more excellent, indulging in this desire, unable to withdraw, and the desire also increases. Because craving has no limit, one will never feel that "desire ends here." Furthermore, if one completely severs contact with all objects from the beginning, then its perfection will not diminish, because it will generate displeasure, and the mind will not invest in it. Precisely because one can never feel satisfied with anything, one should not create opportunities to satisfy the desires of the body. If one cannot divert attention from such a beautiful object, what should one do? Therefore, the Buddha proclaimed "pleasing" and so on. As previously stated, "Relying on oneself, observe carefully." Furthermore, not clinging to the desired object itself is a good thing, otherwise it will only increase great suffering. Furthermore, clinging to false things without reason, thinking that one should accumulate suffering, you should think for yourself. Therefore, the Buddha proclaimed "ultimately turning to ashes" and so on. This is the state of ultimately turning to ashes, the end point is to reach there, whatever belongs to it is called it. After death, the end point of this body is ultimately turning to ashes, because there is no other reliance. The impure body refers to the form of the body, unlovely refers to being frightening or causing fear, because it is the root of all fears. The immovable body is like clods of earth and trees. If there is no autonomy, then how does it walk and move? It is driven by other things, because other things (the mind) are driving it, so it looks like it is doing things. Since there is no reason to cling, then what reason is there to cling to this body, thereby causing the actions that follow it to arise? In order to illustrate this point, the Buddha proclaimed "why" and so on, you should think for yourself. This illusion wheel, which is the essence of the body
