Now to do. The so-called "non-discrimination" is without doubt. What should be meditated on is the way that will be explained. To show the practice of jealousy by the scriptures that will be explained is to say "this is" and so on. By virtue of morality and merit, one considers oneself superior, while others appear inferior due to the lack of these. Therefore, for oneself, practice jealousy in the manner of "this is respected" and so on. The so-called "this is" is the exchange of oneself and others, that is, showing others as "I". For all that will be explained, it should be combined with the exchange of others and oneself that already exists. The so-called "praise" is to praise through the way of proclaiming merits. The so-called "slandering oneself" is to demean oneself through the way of inferiority. The things that one does are to take on inferior work and so on. The so-called "dwelling in peace" is also the mind dwelling in peace. This is known as great in the world, because greatness can also be achieved through habit and effort. Similarly, others are not as difficult to obtain as you are. Because seeing higher and higher people, you are not at the peak of greatness either, because all those who see this shore are inferior. Therefore, how should I become possessed of great merit? I should do this. Through the saying of fame, it is shown that for both of these, one should combine with the view of jealousy. Even so, what should I do if I have no merit? One should strive to make oneself have merit. Because there is no need for anything, so one is certain that one has merit, this itself is the best. Because in anyone else, there is not even a part of merit. Because I have all the merits, while other sentient beings do not, and in all aspects have merit. Even those with poor eyesight can obtain merit, this is derived from this sentence. Furthermore, high and low are relative. Among these people, there is no superior person who has elevated himself, and there are also inferior people who are worse than me. Who do I rely on?

I am superior, the self among all beings, a pure one. Thus, I am not inferior to all, nor is this superior to all. Thus, although you are inferior because you are deficient in morality and so on, because you are of a sinful nature, I am not inferior because I do not have that? In saying "by morality, view," etc., being deficient in morality means that the vows of individual liberation have been taken and broken, and being deficient in view means the five types of views, such as the view of the aggregation of destruction, that is, is it deficient in that itself? Or is it deficient in those? The word "etc." also includes being deficient in conduct, etc. All of this is not transformed by the power of the afflictions, but is free from the desires of its own nature. In this regard, if you have compassion, then you should heal me, that is, how do you have the ability to heal, just as it is, if you have the intention to accomplish freedom from what fault. Or, however, I may be harmed, I will endure it, which is connected to the latter, that is, suffering from the nature of asceticism and determined difficult practices, etc. If you have a little intention to heal me, then that should also be accepted as mine. Thus, even if it is certain that you do not have the ability to heal this, because it has the fault to be accomplished, is this reasonable? In saying "but," etc., "but" is establishing a different kind, if this does not have the ability to heal me, for what reason am I superior and this is inferior? This is that even though it has no ability, it despises me. But if it is also devoid of the ability to heal, then what does that other quality do to me? That is, there is no need for even a small part, because in every way it is devoid of close need. This alone is intended, from what nature, that is the one who has his own qualities, and from that I do not have even a small part of the qualities. Thus, even if it has the quality of compassion, is that quality also closely needed from him to others? Compassion also
