Therefore, clinging to self. Living or dying is fine. What use is this illusory wheel to me? What difference is there between it and a clod of earth? Alas, it does not eliminate my pride. By admonishing the body, pointlessly accumulating suffering, followed by attachment and anger, what is to be done with this body like wood? Whether I protect it like this, or it is eaten by vultures etc., is fine. If there is no attachment or hatred, why be attached to it? Whoever is angered by being reviled, and pleased by being praised, if it itself has no awareness, for whom do I labor? Whoever desires this body, if it and I are friends, since everyone desires their own body, why is it not pleased with me? Therefore, I am without attachment, and give away the body for the benefit of beings. Therefore, although this body has many faults, it should also be used like a tool. Therefore, it is enough to act by sweeping away defilements. I follow in the footsteps of the wise, remembering words of caution, and ward off sleep and drowsiness. Like the great bodhisattvas, observe the essence of reason, and if I do not strive day and night, when will my suffering end? Therefore, in order to eliminate obscurations, withdrawing the mind from the wrong path, and constantly, for the correct object, I shall also abide in equanimity. From Engaging in the Bodhisattva's Deeds, Chapter Eight, entitled "Meditation." All of these branches, the Buddha taught for the sake of wisdom. Therefore, wanting to pacify suffering, one should generate wisdom. Conventional and ultimate, these are considered the two truths. Ultimate truth is not the object of the mind, the mind is said to be conventional. In this, two worlds are seen, yogis and ordinary people. The ordinary world is harmed by the yogic world, and yogis are also harmed by those higher up due to differences in intelligence. Both are like the example of desire, because they do not examine for the sake of the fruit. Worldly people see things as real, and also think of them as true, but not like illusions, therefore yogis and worldly people argue. Although forms etc. are directly perceived, they are established by convention, not by valid cognition. Because for the impure etc., they think of purity etc.

Like a magic trick, it's false. To deceive the world, The Protector (Buddha) in the true teaching, Those are not just momentary. If one asks, are there also contradictions in conventional truth? The conventional truth of yogis is faultless, Because they see reality by relying on the world. Otherwise, if one thinks women are impure, This thought will be harmed by the world. The merit obtained from the king of illusion, Is like something that truly exists. If sentient beings are like illusions, How are they reborn after death? As long as the causes and conditions gather, The illusion will also appear. If the time is long, How are sentient beings real? Regarding acts like killing an illusory person, Since there is no mind, there is no sin, For those with an illusory mind, Merit and sin will arise. Because mantras and the like have no power, Illusory minds do not arise. Arising from various causes and conditions, The illusion is also various. Relying on one cause and condition to accomplish everything, Does not exist anywhere. If the ultimate truth is nirvana, And conventional truth is samsara, if that's the case, Then the Buddha would also become samsara, What's the use of practicing the Bodhisattva path? If the continuum of causes and conditions is not severed, The illusion will not cease either, If the continuum of causes and conditions is severed, It will not arise even in conventional truth. When delusion does not exist, What will the illusion aim at? When you yourself do not have illusion, Then what will you aim at? If there is something else within that, That form is the mind itself. When the mind itself is an illusion, Then what sees with what? The Protector of the world (Buddha) also said: "Mind cannot see with mind." The sharp edge of a sword cannot cut itself, So is the mind. Just as a lamp illuminates its own object, And also illuminates other objects, The lamp does not need to be illuminated, Because it is not obscured by darkness. Like crystal blue, for blue itself, There is no need to rely on others. Likewise, some rely on others, And some can see without relying on others. Not blue itself, but blue, I did not create myself. If someone knows and says, "The lamp illuminates," Then who knows and says, "Wisdom itself is bright?" When nothing is seen, Bright or not
