The term "collection" refers to generosity and other practices other than the Perfection of Wisdom. These themselves are collections, because they are of many kinds. The term "likewise" means that one should act like a person with eyes leading a group of blind people to the place they want to go. The term "qualities" refers to generosity, discipline, patience, diligence, and so on. These are also qualities, because they are to be cultivated by those who seek liberation. The term "going to the Victor" means attaining Buddhahood. In order to explain this with commentary, it is said, "How," and so on. The term "qualities of the perfections" means the qualities that are characterized by the perfections. Because it is the nature of seeing the correct path and the non-path. The phrase "because it is the nature of seeing the correct path and the non-path" means that wisdom is of the nature of discernment, and discernment is the realization of the suchness of things, therefore, by its power, generosity and the like with attachment are seen as the nature of the non-path, and by the practice of non-attachment, it is seen as the nature of the path, therefore wisdom is of the nature of seeing the path and the non-path. In order to explain by what means wisdom arises, it is said, "Here it is said," and so on. Here, will one fully understand the profound dependent arising by oneself? Or by following the body and speech by nature? Or by seeing the treatises made by special individuals that accurately explain the scriptures? The answer to this is to explain that "it is not by oneself," so it is said, "Explanation," and so on, where "its own nature" refers to the very nature of profound dependent arising. The phrase "the eye of wisdom is completely covered by the thick cataract of ignorance" means that ignorance is not knowing. That itself is a cataract, because it hinders seeing the suchness of things. And it is itself thick, because it has been habitual since beginningless time. Whose entire eye of wisdom is covered by it?

Therefore, it is called "that." The statement "without omission" is to show that ordinary people cannot see it in any way. Then, who can see it? It is what is said as "the sixth," etc. The so-called "sixth," etc., who dwell above, refers to those who dwell from the sixth bhumi to the tenth bhumi. Even though the realization of the profound dependent origination has been there from the beginning, since the first bhumi, etc., are mainly giving, etc., they do not have perfect wisdom, so it is not established among them. The so-called "which," etc., like the eye that sees emptiness without inversion, is because it destroys the cataract of ignorance. The so-called "cataract" refers to the illusion of hair, long-beaked mosquitoes, mosquitoes, etc., that arise from it. It is the cataract because it covers the eyes. Destroying it is to eliminate it. Therefore, it shows that one cannot understand the profound dependent origination by oneself. Now, in order to show that it is also impossible to understand suchness by arbitrarily following the body and speech, the opponent argues: If it is said, etc., this is easy to understand. The answer to this is: That is also not the case, etc. The reason for saying "because it is difficult to determine the intention of the scriptures" is that ordinary people have not experienced the meaning of what is said in the scriptures, so it is difficult to determine the intention of the scriptures. If it is said that one cannot realize suchness by not following the scriptures, then should one sit without saying anything? It is precisely for this reason that it is said, "to express through one's own autonomy," etc. If it is said that one has not seen that the treatises made by the reliable person can explain the scriptures without inversion, then it is said that one's own autonomy makes it difficult to determine the intention of the scriptures. Now, in order to show that from seeing that the treatises made by the reliable person can explain the scriptures without inversion, one can determine the intention of the scriptures without inversion, one should show one's own view: The reliable
