Since the state of seeing things upside down is worldly conventional truth, in order to distinguish these from those, it is said to be 'worldly conventional'. This will be clearly shown in the commentary itself. Because it is true in worldly convention, it is worldly conventional truth. These terms such as what is said, what says, knowing, what is known, etc., are called worldly conventional truth. In ultimate truth, these do not exist. Because for ultimate truth: 'What is said has ceased, the realm of mind has vanished, there is no birth and no death, like the Dharma-nature Nirvana'. As it is said, then for ultimate truth, where is the entry of language and the bewilderment of knowledge? Ultimate truth is not realized by relying on others, it is peaceful, it is known by the noble ones each with their own wisdom, it is beyond all elaborations, it is inexpressible. Even so, 'Not relying on others is peaceful, not elaborating with elaborations, the meaning without discrimination is not different, this is the characteristic of that nature'. As it is said. Because it is supreme and also true, it is ultimate. Because that is true, it is ultimate truth. This classification will be explained in the commentary by the teacher himself. Relying on these two truths, the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, are able to skillfully teach the Dharma. The answer to this is, it is said 'if' etc. Its result is the truth of suffering, meaning that in the part of its result is the truth of suffering. Because it is free from all afflictions that are different from cause and effect. The cause is the truth of origin, meaning that it is the part of the cause. Similarly, it should also be said for the aspect of purification. Among them, the truths of suffering, origin, and path belong to the category of conventional truth, meaning that the nature of all afflictions is suffering, is origin, is the nature of the five aggregates as cause and effect, the path is the uncontaminated wisdom.

Because it possesses its own nature, it is the conventional truth. The truth of cessation is the essence of the ultimate truth, because it is the nature of suchness. Likewise, any other slight truth, which will be explained immediately afterwards with words such as "as it is." Appropriately, that which possesses the nature of conventional truth belongs to the category of conventional truth, and others belong to the category of ultimate truth. "As it is," and so on, is a brief explanation. Among them, being skilled in conventional truth, etc., is an extensive explanation, that is, he satisfies the minds of other sentient beings, etc., by knowing the minds that engage in desire, etc., and by truly satisfying them by teaching the Dharma to other sentient beings, etc. Since the mind belongs to the category of conventional truth, he is skilled in conventional truth. By truly striving for the one and only path, that is, the Mahayana, because he relies on the one and only path. As it is also said: "Because the realm of Dharma has no difference, your vehicle has no difference. The teaching of the three vehicles is for the purpose of guiding sentient beings." Therefore, the realm of Dharma is the nature of emptiness, and since it is also the nature of ultimate truth, it is said to be skilled in ultimate truth. By understanding the self-characteristics and the general characteristics, among them, the self-characteristics of all phenomena are that which can be form, therefore it is called form, etc. The general characteristics are impermanence, etc., in the conventional sense, and unbornness in the ultimate sense. Among them, self-characteristics and conventionality are general characteristics, which belong to the conventional truth. The nature of ultimate truth is the ultimate truth of unbornness. By understanding the distinctions and classifications of phenomena, this is with outflows, this is without outflows, this is conditioned, this is unconditioned, etc., by understanding the distinctions and classifications.

It is to be well aware of the truth of distinguishing. Among them, that which is with outflows belongs to the category of conventional truth. That which is without outflows is the path and suchness. Among them, the path is the conventional truth, and suchness is the ultimate truth. Likewise, one should also understand conditioned and unconditioned phenomena. Regarding the aggregates and so forth, what are the aggregates, what are the elements, what are the sources? Why are they aggregates, why are they elements, why are they sources, and so forth? By completely understanding and distinguishing them, one is well aware of the truth of understanding. Among them, distinguishing understanding is to be well aware that "it is like this and that." This also belongs to the category of conventional truth. The phrase "harming body and mind" means that attachment to things leads to samsara, and therefore harms body and mind. Truly clinging to things also belongs to the category of conventional truth. "Belonging to the connection of going" means that knowing that a certain being is born in a certain realm, such as the realm of gods, is to be well aware of the truth of being well born. The connection of going belongs to the category of conventional truth. Regarding "all those afflicted by epidemics are completely pacified," it means that clinging to the characteristics of improper attention causes the body and mind to be completely afflicted, and therefore it is completely afflicted. There are three of these: desire, hatred, and ignorance. The epidemic is just like that, because relying on desire, hatred, and ignorance, one is afflicted by non-dharmic desire. Among them, non-dharmic desire is clinging to the path of unwholesome actions. "Completely pacified" means that the seeds and everything are completely exhausted. Regarding "well aware of the truth of exhaustion and non-arising," the knowledge of exhaustion and non-arising has already been explained before. This also belongs to the category of conventional truth. "Manifestly accomplished non-duality" means that there is nothing invisible.
