This is the teaching. Another statement, it is not impossible, that is, it is not impossible for householders to have an accumulation of wisdom, nor is it impossible for renunciants to have an accumulation of merit. "Having the characteristics of a hundred merits" means that a hundred is an approximate representation, meaning many. Therefore, having the characteristic of accumulating many accumulations of merit, so it is having the characteristic of a hundred merits. "Rare and inconceivable" refers to the Sambhogakaya being spoken of. "Is the cause of having various forms" refers to the Nirmanakaya being spoken of. Because it has the thirty-two major marks, it is rare. Because it cannot be conceived by Sravakas and others, it is inconceivable. Because it appears as the thoughts of the beings to be tamed, it is having various forms. "The accumulation of wisdom is the cause of obtaining the Dharmakaya" In order to teach this point, "The Dharmata-kaya is the cause of the unborn aspect, the accumulation of wisdom is the cause" means that the Dharmata-kaya refers to the unborn, because it pervades all dharmas. Wanting to destroy the darkness of beings, refers to wanting to destroy the obstacles to obtaining the third ground - afflictions. "The darkness belonging to oneself" refers to the obscurations of the third ground belonging to one's own continuum. "Becoming an obstacle to the arising of self-nature" refers to becoming an obstacle to the arising of self-nature that illuminates. Indicating from such aspects, refers to indicating from the method of abandoning the obscurations of the third ground. Merit refers to obtaining the Ksanti-paramita and a million samadhis, etc. Destroying refers to the fact that what obstructs obtaining the third ground is a fault, which is darkness, because it obstructs seeing Suchness. Destroying means abandoning. The commentary on the third chapter of the Madhyamakavatara is completed. In order to teach the fourth generation of mind, "Now" etc. is said. By teaching the Virya-paramita in more detail, it means
