No. Regarding this, the realm that is definitely on the wrong path cannot be liberated whether the Tathagata teaches the Dharma or not. This also depends on the length of time; otherwise, all sentient beings should not possess the Tathagatagarbha. The so-called definitely on the wrong path, etc., is the opposite of the former. The so-called undetermined refers to those who are liberated by the power of conditions, otherwise it is not so. This also depends on the length of time, because everything is of the same kind. In order to explain the four powers, now it is said, "The realms are various," etc. The so-called "eye, etc." refers to the eye realm, etc. The word "etc." refers to including the form realm, etc., and the earth realm, etc. The so-called "What is the nature?" refers to showing the nature itself. The so-called "that" refers to the nature characterized by emptiness. The so-called "classification of realms by the wise" refers to the Buddha's distinction in being proficient in the distinctions of emptiness. The so-called "entering the distinctions of realms in various ways" refers to understanding emptiness in all ways. The so-called "infinite" refers to pervading all realms. In order to show it through explanation, "nature," etc., is explained. In "inner emptiness," etc., the word "etc." refers to including outer emptiness, etc. The so-called "becoming many classifications" refers to being divided into twenty kinds of classifications. The so-called "proficient in the classification of all realms" refers to being proficient in all the classifications of emptiness. In order to point out the source of the sutra, "As it is said," etc., is explained. Among them, the eye realm should be thoroughly understood as inner emptiness, the form realm should be thoroughly understood as outer emptiness, and the eye consciousness realm should be understood as both inner and outer emptiness. Because eye consciousness arises dependent on the eye, etc., and external forms. Eye consciousness is included by both inner and outer. Similarly, all eighteen realms are also like this, from ear and sound and ear consciousness, to mind and Dharma and mind consciousness.

Knowing the earth as emptiness. With phrases such as "also well knowing the earth and other realms," water and so forth should be included. The phrase "like the realm of space" means that just as the realm of space is without origination from the beginning, so too, the earth and other realms are well known. The phrase "arising from complete imputation" means that the realms arise due to the power of conceptual thought, but in ultimate truth, they do not exist. The phrase "the realm of the conditioned" refers to all conditioned phenomena. The phrase "having the characteristic of manifest accumulation" means that these conditioned phenomena are manifest accumulations, being accomplished from causes and conditions, having such characteristics, well known, because they are artificial. There is no inherent nature in this. The phrase "well knowing." The phrase "the realm of the unconditioned" refers to such things as the nature of phenomena. The phrase "having the characteristic of non-manifest accumulation" means that it is not made by anyone, and therefore, because it is without origination from the beginning, it is well known as emptiness. The phrase "the realm of all afflictions" refers to afflictions such as desire. The phrase "having the characteristic of sudden afflictions" means that because the thusness is naturally luminous, it should be known as sudden, like clouds in the sky. The phrase "the realm of complete purification" is the characteristic of thusness. The phrase "having the characteristic of naturally luminous" means that it is not stained by afflictions, like clouds in the sky. The phrase "the realm of samsara" is the characteristic of going from one place to another. The phrase "having the characteristic of irrational ignorance" means the characteristic of not knowing, not engaging with the reality of things as they are. Samsara arises from not understanding, and there is no inherent nature in this. The phrase "having the characteristic of rational knowledge" means the characteristic of fully knowing the reality of things as they are. In that state, because the inherent nature of anything is not observed, it is also well known as emptiness. Showing the conclusion.
