Moreover, he can become a universal monarch who rules the four continents, possessing the seven precious things, able to wash away the stains of moral corruption of sentient beings. Now, in order to explain the number of qualities of the Bodhisattvas who abide in the arising of the third generation of Bodhicitta and so on, "the nature of those qualities" and so on are proclaimed. "A hundred thousand" means that the Bodhisattva who generates the third Bodhicitta will obtain a hundred thousand of the qualities previously shown. 如是了知，且能摇动、显现百千世界，往诣百千俱胝佛土，令百千俱胝有情成熟，安住百千俱胝劫，且能入于前后际，分别百千俱胝法门，示现百千俱胝身，于一一身复能示现百千俱胝那由他眷属菩萨。如是说。又彼能转为他化自在天之天王，善能令诸有情入于缘起，善能以威势降伏有情之增上慢。言圆满转变俱胝百千俱胝百千者，谓发第七心之菩萨，彼诸功德乃俱胝百千俱胝，即一俱胝十万。若以百倍增之，复以千倍增之，其数有几，即得尔许之数之功德，谓得俱胝百千俱胝百千也。如云刹那顷获得俱胝百千俱胝三摩地，见俱胝百千俱胝佛，亦能如实了知彼等之加持，且能摇动、显现俱胝百千俱胝世界，往诣俱胝百千俱胝佛土，令俱胝百千俱胝有情成熟，安住俱胝百千俱胝劫，入于前后际，分别俱胝百千俱胝法门，示现俱胝百千俱胝身，于一一身复能示现眷属菩萨俱胝百千俱胝百千俱胝。又彼能转为他化自在之天王，善能于有情之现证作近方便。释中如是显示。

Thus it is said. Moreover, they can transform into the king of the gods of the Paranirmita-vasavartin heaven, being skilled in causing sentient beings to enter into dependent origination, and being skilled in subduing the arrogance of sentient beings with power. The words "perfectly transforming into kotis of hundreds of thousands of kotis of hundreds of thousands" mean that the Bodhisattva who has generated the seventh mind, those qualities are kotis of hundreds of thousands of kotis, which is one koti ten thousand. If it is increased by a hundredfold, and then increased by a thousandfold, how many numbers are there, that many numbers of qualities will be obtained, meaning that kotis of hundreds of thousands of kotis of hundreds of thousands will be obtained.
