Etcetera, thus it was said. Such a thing with reason means the kinds of things like pots and woolen cloths, having parts, etc., having the characteristic of depending on others. Likewise, these should be understood. It should be connected in this way. Among them, "likewise" means the worldly convention that is pleasing without investigation. "These should be understood" means that parts, etc., should be understood. What is such a kind of thing? "Whatever is stated by this arising from the door," thus it was said. Those that are named by this person through the door of parts and things with parts, etc. The explanation of "likewise" is, "it is merely the convention without investigation." Why? This is in order to indicate the answer from the door of scripture. "Because of what," etc., thus it was said. The powerful one, the Buddha Bhagavan, does not argue with worldly people. The Bhagavan also accepts the meaning of worldly convention. If analyzed, the names of worldly people will be cut off, and then teaching the Dharma, etc., will also be unreasonable, and the establishment of bondage and liberation, etc., will also not be established. In order to indicate the source of the scripture. "World," etc., thus it was said. "The world argues with me" means that the world accepts what is contrary to me. "I do not argue with the world" means that I also accept what he accepts. Regarding the question about what was said, "Whatever is stated by this arising from the door," again, "world," etc., thus it was said. "That" means from which door the world establishes names. In order to indicate that, "part," etc., thus it was said. A part is many fragments, etc. Qualities are form, etc. Desire is manifest attachment. Characteristics are a swollen belly, etc. Firewood is wood to be burned, etc. The word "etc." should include going, etc. A pot, etc., composed of many fragments, etc., of something with parts.

Qualities refer to things like vases that possess form and other attributes. A person with attachment refers to an individual who possesses desire. A characteristic base refers to an object that can be indicated through its defining characteristics. Fire is that which burns. The word "etc." includes things like walking. Therefore, it shows how people are referred to, namely, through limbs and so on. That which says that those seven modes do not exist by analyzing the chariot, just as the chariot is unreasonable in terms of seven modes such as being different or not different, similarly, parts and wholes, etc., also do not exist in terms of seven modes. For example, if a part is different from the whole, then it would follow that it appears as different. If it is not different, then it would follow that there is only the part and no whole, and since there is no whole, there would also be no part, because the part depends on the whole. Because the aspects of difference and non-difference are not reasonable for parts and wholes, therefore, the aspect of possessing it, as well as the aspect of support and supported, are also unreasonable. The aspect of the collection of parts is also unreasonable, because the collection is not a real entity, and because there is no whole, there are no parts, so how can it become a collection? Shape is also unreasonable, the parts are only non-existent, etc., should be stated as before. Similarly, from a vase with qualities, if qualities such as blueness are different, then it would follow that they appear as different, then it would follow that the vase is not blue. If they are not different, then it would follow that there is only substance and no quality, because the quality is not different from the substance. Since the aspects of difference and non-difference are refuted, the aspects of possessing it, as well as the aspects of support and supported, are impossible. The aspects of collection and shape are also impossible, so they should not be stated. Similarly, if desire and the one with desire are different, then the person would not possess desire, because the person is different from desire. If they are not different, then it would follow that there is no desire, because desire is not different from the person. Difference and non-differen
