When you refute the Mind-Only school at any time, saying "because it possesses the same body as the basis of its view's form," this will prove that you possess inverted knowledge. When you refute the Mind-Only school, you exemplify the state of the body, premised on the formlessness established on the mind. At that time, for you, the Madhyamika, because you possess the same body as the basis for denigrating consciousness, you also have inverted knowledge. Because if some thing exists, then it will become independent. When existence does not exist, and non-existence does not exist, at the time of admitting formlessness, there is inverted knowledge. Therefore, because it possesses the same body as the basis of the view's form for denigrating the Mind-Only school, and because there is also inverted knowledge, therefore, in order to dispel the doubt that you will also have the same fault, the answer is given by saying "existence and non-existence," etc. The phrase "in some cases" refers to the case of refuting the Mind-Only school. The phrase "not obtaining the undesirable" means not obtaining inverted knowledge. The meaning here is that if we prove that something does not exist, then at that time we will commit the fault of falling into inverted knowledge. However, because there is no origination from the beginning, we do not accept any side, therefore, we do not obtain the undesirable. In order to show that this verse will clearly determine all other schools without exception, therefore, it is said "therefore, the wise," etc. The phrase "completely transform" means completely transforming names, such as at the time of refuting the other world. In order to show the result of refuting other schools, it is said "the net of conceptualization," etc. As long as there is attachment to things, conceptualizations will arise. When things are not established, then liberation will be obtained from the delusion of conceptualizations. To this, others say.

If there is no origination from the beginning, since existence and non-existence themselves are not established, then non-existence itself is not established, but if it is to establish that there is no origination from the beginning itself. If it is to establish that there is no origination from the beginning, then some examples of where there is no origination must be stated. For that example, the knowledge of no origination from the beginning is only inverted knowledge, because origination is not established, so no origination is also not established. Therefore, at the time of that admission, it has the same body as the basis of the form of that view, and there is also inverted knowledge, so where it is established that there is no origination from the beginning, there will be the fault of inverted knowledge, thinking like this, he said "if" and so on. In order to answer that, he said "that also" and so on. "That also" means that becoming a fault is the same. Why is it not existent? The answer to that is, he said "we" and so on. Just as it is established as inverted for those who say that the mind comes from arising and changing, the Madhyamikas do not admit origination and non-origination and existence and non-existence themselves, so there is no example of establishing inversion. Whenever it is said that there is no origination from the beginning for the example and the dharma to be established, it is said relying on the dharma to be established and the dharma of the example and origination that are famous to others, so there is no fault. In order to show that we not only do not have such dissimilarities, but also have merits, he said "in the world" and so on. "When other cognitions in the world recognize that it exists" means when sentient beings who recognize in other places in the world understand that it exists. "I" refers to the Madhyamika's self. The nature of the knowable, the ultimate truth, is to realize the view, which means that the existence of sentient beings who recognize in other places in the world is the knowable, its nature, its essence, and to see it as its ultimate truth is to understand it without inversion, and others know it that way.
