These are lotus petals and stamens, etc. As for "various kinds," the petals are red, and the stamens are yellow and white. The heartwood is yellow itself. Likewise, the shapes are also different. Similarly, some do not see that jackfruit and apples, etc., are also various, so it should be applied. "Jackfruit" is a kind of fruit. The word "etc." includes quince, etc. After showing that external objects arise from their own nature, in order to show that internal objects also arise from their own nature, "for external" etc. was said. "Francolin" is a kind of bird. The word "etc." includes parrots, etc. In order to answer that, "this should be explained" etc. was said. "At that time" means at the time when it is thought to arise without a cause. "All always from all" etc. means that all things always arise from all causes or non-causes, because they do not depend on others. "For the sake of producing fruit" etc. shows the second fault, because worldly people will not even collect seeds, etc. The word "etc." includes that those who desire clothes and ornaments will not even collect cotton and gold, etc. If asked how seeds, etc. are collected, it is said, "Through hundreds of methods," that is, through many methods. This expresses the very contradiction with what is seen. In order to explain it with a commentary, "if" etc. was said. "If it suddenly arises" means if it does not depend on a cause. Therefore, "of the fruit" means the fruit of the jackfruit. "Neem and mango, etc." are kinds of trees. "From those" means from neem and mango, etc. "Because it is similar to non-cause" means that jackfruit, mango, and neem, etc. are the same as non-cause. "Likewise" refers to the jackfruit tree. Thus.

Having shown that arising from a causeless source is absurd, in order to show that "I will arise at all times" is absurd, it is said again, "Also, what," and so on. "Depending on the seasons" means depending on the seasons such as spring. "The arising that arises from ripening" means that the arising arises with force, a special state of white and red, and so on. "By mangoes and gourds, etc." means by the differences of fruits. "Sometimes manifest" indicates the statement of dependence on the seasons. "In the state of the womb" means even in the state of being soft, and so on. "If it always arises" means that it does not arise from the difference of time. "Therefore, it is not even existent" means that constant arising is not existent. "Speaking of nature" means speaking of causelessness. "Speaking in contradiction to reason" means that if one admits arising without a cause, it shows that one will fall into an undesirable consequence. "Contradictory to what is seen" means contradictory to direct perception. In order to show other faults, it is said, "Furthermore," and so on. If beings were to become causeless, then at that time beings would become unobtainable. To illustrate this, it is said, "Like the scent and color of a sky lotus," and so on. For example, just as the scent and color of a sky lotus are unobtainable because they have no cause, so too, beings would become unobtainable because they are empty of cause. To show that beings are not unobtainable, and therefore not without cause, it is said, "Extremely bright," and so on. Extremely bright with distinctions of various colors and shapes, and so on. To illustrate this, it is said, "Like one's own mind," and so on. Just as for those who say that it arises from nature, if there is no mind that appears as blue, blue will not appear, therefore the mind arises from a cause. Similarly, the grasping of beings also, if there are no beings, it will not arise, therefore grasping has a cause.

Because of having, the practitioner also becomes possessed of causes. In order to explain it with commentary, it says, "If" and so on. The so-called "on the path of not becoming attached" means it will not become the cause of attachment. The explanation of "How is one's own wisdom?" is "According to your view," and so on. The so-called "your" refers to the proponent of inherent existence. Thus, having refuted the assertion that it arises from inherent existence, in order to show the previous school that asserts seeing as the cause, it says, "Mind," and so on. The so-called "minds transformed from the elements" are those who say that mind arises from elements such as earth, and those are the minds transformed from the elements. In order to show its intention, it says, "For the cause as seen," and so on. The so-called "for the cause as seen" means that the cause of seeing fruits such as mangoes and jackfruit is the jackfruit tree and mangoes, and so on. The so-called "because it would become the fault as stated" is because it would become the fault stated to the proponent of inherent existence. In order to show the cause of seeing itself, it says, "The entity of cause and effect," and so on. In order to show it in detail, it says, "Only those four," and so on. The so-called "from the distinction of complete ripening" is from obtaining a special state. The so-called "the suchness of things becomes the complete cutting off of various kinds" means that it arises from the suchness that makes the nature of things manifest. The so-called "it arises only from the great elements such as earth" means that it arises only from the great elements such as earth. In order to show an example of the arising of wisdom from the elements, it says, "How is it with this?" and so on. The so-called "from the distinction of the elements meeting and completely transforming" means what are the distinctions of the elements such as yeast that become the cause of wine, those gathered, its complete transformation, that is, from the aspect of the distinction of time, what is the obtaining of a special state from above to above. Regarding the so-called "ability to intoxicate," intoxication is great joy, a distinction of the mind rejoicing.
