What are things? Their limit is emptiness, because it is established by reason. What is called "Nirvana" here refers to the complete pacification of all discriminations, so Nirvana refers only to emptiness. What is called "unborn" refers to that which has no birth, that is, only emptiness. What is called "signless" refers to the true sign, that is, the cause, which is absent in what, that is, emptiness. What is called "wishless" refers to the absence of manifest joy in future things from emptiness, so what has no wish is only emptiness. The word "etc." should include suchness, etc. The term "children" refers to the habitual imprints of self, etc. The meaning of "in order to abandon the places that become fearful due to selflessness" is that the two selflessnesses alone are feared as places of fear because of the doubt of annihilation, and in order to abandon them, that is, showing momentary emptiness will cause fear. In the term "Tathagatagarbha," etc., the term "place of non-discrimination" refers to the object of non-discriminating wisdom. The term "without appearance" means without the appearance of blue, etc. The meaning of this is that if the meaning of emptiness, etc., is expressed by the words of emptiness, etc., from the very beginning, then the children who are attached to self, etc., will be afraid. When self, etc., are shown by words that can be expressed, then they will not be afraid. Therefore, the Blessed One spoke by way of showing the Tathagatagarbha. In the term "Great Wisdom," etc., the word "here" refers to the Tathagatagarbha. In order to show it by example, he said, "Great Wisdom, for example." The term "making various kinds of vessels" refers to pots and bowls, etc. The word "thread," etc., should include wheels with the word "etc." The term "diligence" refers to turning the wheel with a spindle. The term "endowed" should be applied to everything. The selflessness of phenomena refers to the characteristic of emptiness.

No. What is called "the characteristic of the completely conceptualized, the completely reversed" is that all completely conceptualized are reversed, because emptiness is not the object of the completely conceptualized, and all characteristics are reversed, because they are free from the four extremes. What is called "endowed with wisdom and skillful means" is that one is endowed with wisdom by knowing the nature of all dharmas as they are. If the nature of all dharmas abiding as they are is shown by words such as selflessness and emptiness, then children will be afraid and not enter here, so it is shown by means of showing the tathagatagarbha, which is skillful means. What is called "like a potter" is like a potter who makes various kinds of vessels from a lump of clay, similarly, from the meaning of the characteristic of emptiness, emptiness is shown by various kinds of letters and words. Among them, letters are each letter. Words are pots and so on. Names are their nature, because there are no other names beyond them. Thus, and so on, is to show the conclusion, what is called "straightforward" is that by means of showing the tathagatagarbha, they will easily enter into the teaching without fear. What is called "the intention of abiding in the practice of the three doors of liberation" is that the intention is focused on the practice of the three purities of the nature of emptiness, signlessness, and wishlessness. Thus, just as the meaning of showing the tathagatagarbha is only emptiness, showing only mind is also a means of entering into emptiness, which is the concluding remark. Furthermore, in order to show the meaning of emptiness shown from the source of the sutras, it is said, "Again, those" and so on. What is called "included in the sutra pitaka" is that all sutras show the meaning of emptiness. The meaning of this is that the Bhagavan has taught the nature of dependent origination in all the sutras, and whatever arises dependently is dependent, therefore it is without inherent existence, therefore it is only emptiness.
