It is said that "the continuation through birth and death" is the way of continuing by abandoning one body and obtaining another. The so-called "momentary taker of the three times of action" means that any moment of the past, future, and present of the aggregate of formations is a taker, because it is based on it that naming is done. This negates that permanence is different. The so-called "constant like the flow of wind" is like the previous and subsequent moments of water in a river, which are called the continuation of the river. The so-called "that" refers to permanence. The so-called "part of permanence" refers to the moments of blue consciousness that exist in permanence. Therefore, it is a part of permanence, a branch of blue consciousness. The so-called "moment of things" refers to the moment of blue consciousness. The so-called "called permanent" is because they have permanence. The so-called "those" refers to the moments of things. The so-called "by others" refers to the Mind-Only school. Therefore, it should be said that otherness is established. If permanent things already exist in different states, but permanence itself is still the same, then this should not be said, because it has already been shown that there is no permanence different from it. Because what is desired? If it is thought that there is no fault here, then it is thought that only from the power of others will others arise. In order to answer this question, it is said "it is not so" and so on. If you think so, that is, if you think that others will arise from the power of others. The so-called "everything will arise from everything" means that if others arise from the power of others, then everything will arise from everything. The so-called "already said" refers to summarizing with the phrase "everything will arise from everything." After that, in order to welcome the doubts of others, it is said "here it is said" and so on. Even if permanent things are different, but even so, their permanence is the same. The so-called "to them" refers to the permanent things. The so-called "therefore there is no fault?" refers to others arising from the power of others.

Because there is no "I", everything arises from everything, this statement is without fault. In order to explain it through commentary, it is said "if" etc. The so-called "this continuum is only one" refers to those who possess the nature of blue appearance consciousness etc. The so-called "if that is so", etc., is to show the answer. The so-called "if that is so" means if it is established that the continuum is only one. The so-called "because this is not established" refers to the continuum being only one. The so-called "this is to be established" means that the continuum being only one is to be established. The so-called "why is that" means why is the continuum being only one to be established? In order to show the answer to this, it is said "different continua have no opportunity, because it is unreasonable." The meaning of this statement is that there is no opportunity for continua not to be different. In order to explain it through commentary, it is said "opportunity is" etc. The so-called "my things are mutually different" refers to the moments of blue consciousness. The so-called "it should not be the basis of a non-different continuum" means that whatever is postulated as the basis of a non-different continuum, that is unreasonable. Why is it unreasonable? The answer is "because it is other", meaning that because the moments of the basis are different. The so-called "like the continuum" means that just as the dharmas of Maitreya and NearsHidden are not based on one continuum, similarly, a continuum based on different moments is not unique. In order to explain this, it is said "Maitreya" etc. The dharma of Maitreya, black etc., and the dharmas of NearsHidden do not belong to one continuum, because the continua of Maitreya and NearsHidden are considered to be mutually different. Therefore, it is said "because it is other". The so-called "those who are separate by their own characteristics" refers to the moments of blue consciousness, which exist separately by their own characteristics. Otherwise, the moments would become one entity, and thus become one moment.
