It is not because of this. Therefore, following the worldly, after making a distinction and classification of the conventional truth, it is to explain that the worldly perception does not harm the prevention of other-birth. Therefore, it is said "therefore" and so on. The so-called "therefore" is because, from the perspective of the noble ones and the worldly, the discussion of the ultimate and conventional is made. The so-called "here" refers to the occasion of the discussion of conventional and ultimate truths. As in "as the object of those with cataracts," it refers to the consciousness of those with sensory defects, such as the appearance of hair and so on. "Non-cataractous consciousness does not harm" means that the consciousness of those without sensory defects does not show hair and so on, and does not harm, but the world does not think so. Similarly, the mind that has abandoned stainless wisdom, stainless means without outflows, where is the mind that has abandoned it? It refers to the worldly people who have outflows. The consciousness of those people does not harm the stainless mind, the wisdom without outflows. Therefore, the worldly perception establishes other-birth, so it does not harm the non-other-birth that has become the object of the noble ones, this is the conclusion. In order to show this meaning with commentary, it is said "other-birth" and so on. The noble ones acknowledge what they see, the so-called "is" is because the noble ones have not seen other-birth as true. The so-called "this prevention of birth is special" means that the prevention of birth is said in relation to the noble ones, not in relation to the worldly people. The so-called "in such a realm" refers to the realm of the noble ones. The so-called "proclaiming birth to others" refers to the worldly people's consciousness establishing other-birth. Thus, by explaining the difference in nature between conventional and ultimate truths, it is shown that the harm of the worldly people's consciousness is not harm, and now, by showing the meaning of the term conventional, to the conventional
