If it is not related to the characteristic of conditioned phenomena called impermanence, then when it is in a state of existence, it will also not exist. Therefore, if it does not exist, then from the moment of birth, when the destruction caused by the impermanence of that thing occurs, the thing does not exist. A thing is the birth of the nature that arises from a state of not having arisen, and non-existence is impossible, that is its meaning. Similarly, first there is no thing of the nature of destruction, and then it is a thing of the nature of birth, this second aspect, when it is destroyed without depending on the thing, then it is reasonable, but without something to be destroyed, it is not reasonable to be destroyed. Because the thing of destruction that is desired to be manifested cannot be established either from itself or from another. Therefore, if it does not exist, that is, if the thing of destruction that is desired to be manifested is not established, then non-thing does not exist, and mere destruction is impossible, that is its meaning. Therefore, like this, by showing that birth and destruction do not occur sequentially or sequentially, in order to prove the self-nature of things, birth and destruction are unreasonable in other ways, which is only understood as an unestablished reason. Shouldn't you also admit the things that are admitted by all the world, without seeing any faults? Therefore, what is the need to strive to show its emptiness? Or, if there is any fault in admitting it, then it should be said, thinking like this in your heart, then you say "existence itself or permanence itself" and so on. The meaning is this: when you admit a real thing, are you admitting something created or uncreated? To this, it is unreasonable to temporarily admit something created, because then you would show that you want it to not even exist for a moment at the time of birth, due to being related to the characteristic of conditioned phenomena called impermanence, and now it is only being shown. Or, if it is uncreated, then that is also unreasonable, because if it exists, then when you admit it, it is permanent, the reason why the term permanent applies is the basis for discussing all the faults of desire and so on.

For those who manifestly cling to the nature of things as permanent, the cause of the fault of constantly seeing (things) will become things, which is the remaining part. However, when one wants to avoid this fault and does not admit "it also exists," if it also does not exist, then it will certainly—undoubtedly—be explained as falling into the cause of nihilistic views, and it should be connected in this way. Because admitting existence and non-existence in that way, then things are both of those, therefore it will become two faults, therefore things are not what we should admit. If the views of the Vaibhashikas or the views of the Tirthikas do not admit true things because of the fear of falling into the faults as previously stated, then let the views of the Sautrantikas admit it! Because they are related to the power of destruction only at the time of arising, they will always become things and non-things, possessing the nature of conditioned phenomena, so ultimately they are not considered conditioned phenomena, however, from the causes and conditions contained in the previous moment, the arising that arises from the previous one is called conditioned phenomena, like that, the things that arise from the causes and conditions that are truly gathered and combined are called conditioned phenomena, and the things that depend on the actions of others in order to accomplish their own nature are called made, just like that. Moreover, the thing that arises in that way in the second moment, having a close object, will naturally disappear at the time of arising, and similarly, its close object is also in the third moment, called the moment that becomes cause and effect, the nature of other and other, the constant nature, if one admits true things, then the faults previously stated, if one admits that this constant has the nature of things, then it will not exist, and the one who admits it will not have faults, that is its meaning. Because the moment The second moment gives the cause of the fruit that arises in the third moment, then the thing ceases, meaning that it will naturally be destroyed. Here, because there are two actions in one moment, even if there are no prior and subsequent things, it is like sleeping with one's mouth open,
