If it is said that this is the manifestation of merit, it is manifested, etc., because there is an agent, so there is karma, and the result will also arise. If there is a result, there will undoubtedly be an enjoyer. Therefore, because there are karma and the agent, and its result and the enjoyer, the nature of all things is existent. If you say so, the answer is: If karma exists, then its agent, etc., exists. Whenever, as the reason mentioned earlier, karma is proven to be non-existent, then, if karma does not exist, the agent does not exist. If it does not exist, there is no result. If it does not exist, there is no enjoyment. Therefore, it is devoid of things. Whenever it arises from conditions, there is no karma at all, which proves that karma is non-existent. At that time, if karma does not exist, who will be considered the agent? If the agent and karma do not exist, where is the result without a cause? If the result does not exist, who will be considered the enjoyer? Therefore, since karma, etc., do not exist, it is completely empty, and everything is emptiness, which is proven. Here it is said: Again, you have made such a great effort to prove emptiness, what is the result for you? As long as you slander karma and result, the Blessed One has said that even if a person with wrong views performs good deeds, it will bring unwanted results, and after death, they will be born in hell. Therefore, stop striving so hard for meaningless things here! The answer is: If someone thinks that the meaning of karma emptiness is that karma does not exist, then they will commit the faults mentioned earlier. If someone understands that karma is empty because it is devoid of nature, then: Karma is empty, truly. If you know, because you have seen that. Karma will not arise, if it does not exist. Whatever arises from karma will not arise. If someone understands that karma is without nature, then, he will fully understand the non-inverted emptiness of karma. That karma is also due to the cause of ignorance, clinging to "this is true," because karma has no nature, so it does not desire a result without nature. Therefore, he slandered.

Even without gaining wrong views, one can abandon attachment to these appearances as real by realizing their lack of inherent existence. Because one is not attached to karma, one does not create new karma again. If one does not create new karma, then the result, which is the cause of karma, will be reversed. If the result of karma is reversed from samsara, then one will definitely incline towards nirvana. Therefore, by seeing that suchness, one can correctly understand karma, that is, realizing its emptiness of inherent existence. By seeing that suchness, one abandons ignorance. Having abandoned ignorance, because there is no cause, karma does not arise. There, if there is no karma, then the consciousness and so on that arise from karma will not arise. If consciousness and so on also become without birth, then nirvana is accomplished. Therefore, through this reasoning, for the person who dwells in self-conceit, who is skilled in accomplishing the benefit of self and others, it is for the sake of establishing the lack of inherent existence of karma. Here it is said: If by what kind of established reasoning is karma established as lacking inherent existence, then the various sentient beings and container worlds that arise from these karmas are also unreasonable, and any indication of karma and the agent will also not be obtained. With the city of Gandharvas and so on, which are without inherent existence, like this, accomplishing various results and the agent existing

Emanation. That emanation again, emanates another emanation. Some sentient beings who have completely perfected the accumulation of merit and wisdom, either in order to realize the nature of phenomena as it is, or, as all past Buddhas have passed away, because they have passed away in that way, they are called Tathagatas. Similarly, in the treatises of other schools, it is only in Akanishta that Suchness is fully realized in all aspects. Moreover, mainly through the miraculous power of the Tathagata, an emanation is emanated, and enlightenment is shown in Jambudvipa. The enlightenment of the emanation is also equal in power to the true Tathagata, and other emanations are shown out of necessity. Therefore, it is said by that very one: "Unborn, without abiding place, this is equal to the realm of Dharma. Showing entry into the womb, etc., is for the sake of following the world." Thus it is said. Even if the one who manifests perfect enlightenment in Jambudvipa is indeed the true Tathagata, even so, the Tathagata possesses inconceivable power and is capable of emanating emanations. He consciously emanates such emanations, and from the emanation, he also causes other emanations to arise. Regarding this, the Tathagata is an empty emanation, what need is there to speak of emanations? Both are only names, whatever it may be, it is just conceptual thought. Here, the emanation of the emanation manifested by the true Tathagata is temporarily empty, that is, it is separate from the nature of the Tathagata. Or, the emanation of the emanation is undoubtedly separate from the nature of the Tathagata, but it cannot be said that this emanation does not exist in any way, because they are clearly perceived. As it is said, "Both are only names, whatever little there is, is just conceptual thought," which means it is separate from essence, that is, it is separate from nature. Again, how does it exist? The saying "conceptual thought" means that it is merely imputed, not true, merely fabricated, false, and of a deceptive nature. For the time being, those are.
