The view of existence and non-existence should be abandoned, because these views will inevitably not deviate from samsara. Even if one only acknowledges things, one cannot go beyond saying existence and non-existence, and one will also obtain the saying of permanence and annihilation. Because, if a thing exists, then it is permanent; if it does not exist, then it is necessarily annihilation. Even if it becomes a thing, it is these two. Therefore, do not acknowledge things. If a thing is acknowledged, because its own nature exists, it is impossible to become other again, therefore it will always exist. Therefore, it must be acknowledged that the thing is permanent. If permanence is acknowledged, then at that time solidity will be obtained, because it will always exist. Or, if it is destroyed, then at that time it becomes acknowledging that the thing does not exist, therefore non-existence will be obtained. Moreover, it also acknowledges the meaning of existing before but not existing now, therefore the view of annihilation will be obtained, because it will not appear again after destruction. From clinging to the extremes of permanence and annihilation, the view of extreme clinging will be obtained by reason, because it comes from the power of reason, so it will not become something to be abandoned, because it is the correct view. Therefore, this answer of entering after abandoning the two extremes will also become inverted. When one examines with reason, if things do not exist in any way, then at that time, examining its object, permanence and annihilation, it is appropriate to say that it is not the correct view. Whatever is not the correct view, that must be abandoned, and the method of abandoning it is not acknowledging self-nature. Because negating things is not going to nirvana, those who desire liberation should not acknowledge this statement. Here it is said that the aspect of self and what belongs to self is the view of the perishable collection, when Taking oneself as the object, that itself is generating the view of extreme clinging from fully examining the extremes of permanence and annihilation, and that is also to be abandoned, only dharma does not take the view of permanence and annihilation as its object. Therefore, if the aggregates do not appear again after nirvana, even so, this view is not the view of annihilation. Then, the view of the perishable collection takes the five aggregates of close grasping as the aspect of self and what belongs to self as its object, if that is the case

Moreover, when non-Buddhists take the form of the self they have investigated as their object, due to its influence, they also take the form of 'mine' as their object for actions. So, this also takes the five aggregates of clinging as its object. The difference is that wherever they completely grasp those aggregates by taking the form of self and 'mine' as their object, and also view them with extremist views, it is said that they take the five aggregates of clinging themselves as their object in the form of permanence and annihilation. If it is also said that the view of the perishable collection takes the five aggregates of clinging as its object, then it does not take its own nature as its object. However, it fabricates a self from those and takes it as its object, and it is said that this is fabricated on the five aggregates of clinging. The Blessed One said that whichever monk or Brahmin truly observes and sees even a little of the self, sees these five aggregates of clinging themselves. This is to explain that the inner person who acts differently from this is not established. Therefore, the view of the perishable collection only takes the self as its object. Whatever becomes 'mine', takes the form of 'mine' as its object for actions. Therefore, when extremist views also act in the form of permanence and annihilation, they take the self and 'mine' as their object, and not others. Therefore, the Blessed One said: 'Ananda, if one says there is a self, one falls into the eternalism of others; if one says there is no self, one falls into the annihilationism of others.' Here it is said: If someone understands only the dharma as permanent, will that become a permanent view or not? If one temporarily admits that it is a permanent view, that is not possible. Because the view of the perishable collection only takes the dharma as its object, and there is no extremist view acting on it. It is also impossible to abandon extremist views and act in another permanent form. Even if there is no view, seeing only the dharma as permanent is without fault. If it is said that seeing permanence from the words 'all conditioned phenomena are impermanent' is inverted, if attachment to it is inverted, then how can this become the object of affliction? As long as there is attachment, it takes the form of impurity as its object.
