Neither real nor unreal, nor both real and unreal, etc., it is not established even from the analysis that leads to annihilation. If it is unreasonable to analyze with reason, then because worldly people are ignorant, they cling to what does not exist, and the Buddhas also say that these exist, in order to guide sentient beings. The five aggregates should also be admitted to be not established in themselves, just like external objects. Therefore, the view that consciousness exists and external objects do not should be abandoned. Because the nature of all things is not established, just as it is admitted that the nature of consciousness is not established, it should also be admitted that the object is not established, and there is no fault in this. Consciousness and object are equally not established in their own nature, and even if the nature of consciousness is not established, it exists, but if the nature of the object is not established, it does not exist. This statement is neither in accordance with the ultimate truth nor with the conventional truth, so it is unreasonable to say such a thing. Therefore, let it be as seen by worldly people! What is seen is also from external objects such as blue, and consciousness is also the nearest object. Therefore, let consciousness also be put aside, and let external objects also be put aside, what is the difference from worldly convention? Therefore, the example of a dream is not to deny external objects other than consciousness, but to prove that all five aggregates, such as form, have no self-nature. Just like the self of the awakened state, due to the cause of inversion, the cause of ignorance, the collection of eye faculties, etc., and the various forms and sounds that have these consciousnesses are also experienced, so children think that this is true and cling to it, while the noble ones completely determine that it is false and deceptive. Similarly, in a dream, the mind disturbed by sleep, the self of the awakened state, due to causes and conditions, the collection of eyes, etc., and the various forms and sounds that have these consciousnesses are also experienced, therefore, the dream

Those who are in sleep are attached to the notion that this is true, while those who are awake fully understand that it is false and deceptive. This is obvious to those who are awake. As long as one has not awakened from seeing a dream, one sees forms with the eye of one's own entity, until the eye is incomplete or obscured. Similarly, one hears sounds with the ear, until one no longer knows the dharmas, and also performs virtuous and non-virtuous actions. Just as one enjoys the results in a dream, one is actually enjoying the karmic results brought about by being enveloped in the sleep of ignorance. Those who have awakened from the sleep of ignorance, the noble ones who abide in the nirvana without remainder, do not enjoy the results, because the entity of self, born from perversion, is completely pacified. Similarly, for those who are awake, those who have awakened from the nature of sleep, have completely transcended the entity of the dream, therefore they do not experience the karmic results created by the dream. Monks, even if the pervasive dharmas that lead to downfall arise, the Buddha did not say that a part of waking up in a dream would lead to a minor downfall, but rather considered it as no downfall. Because the karma created by its own entity does not affect this entity in any way. Similarly, the consciousness associated with the awakened entity is completely impossible in a dream. Otherwise, who could prevent the karma created in a dream from also experiencing the results upon waking up? This is because the collection of six consciousnesses comes from the six faculties and the six objects. If there are no faculties and objects, it is as if they do not exist, then the consciousness of the eye and other faculties is not reasonable. Consciousness itself, for consciousness, the various habits are fully matured, it is impossible to present forms such as blue and yellow, because it is similar to sleep, very dull, and would fall into a state of waking up from sleep. Reading the true Dharma, reciting, and contemplating very subtle meanings.
