That is because it depends on the difference of the vessel. Like this, in order to show to those who are not vessels, emptiness, like bad food and drink, etc., will become the cause of destruction. Especially because there is no compassion, the Blessed One will abandon emptiness. Or, if the meaning of emptiness is wrongly understood as the meaning of all non-existence, then due to wrong views, one will fall into evil destinies. Therefore, one who desires merit should not always proclaim emptiness. Just as medicine that is not applied to the right place becomes poison, doesn't it? Here, one who has compassion, desires merit, and wishes to take care of sentient beings, should not initially proclaim emptiness to sentient beings who are not yet mature, and to those whose roots of virtue are not yet mature, because it is meaningless. For example, just as a great medicine that is good and delicious, if given out of place, is of no benefit to the patient or becomes the cause of destruction. Here, giving emptiness to those who are not in the right place will also be of no benefit to them. The Blessed One said, "Light Protector, for example, a potter puts unbaked pots into a fierce fire. Light Protector, a Bodhisattva should also regard it in the same way when giving the fire of wisdom of the vast Dharma of the Buddha to sentient beings who are not yet mature." Approaching the foolish is the cause of conflict, not the cause of peace. Just as a quadruped drinking milk only increases poison. It is said. Like the root of a plant and a wish-fulfilling jewel, giving non-toxic medicine to those who are poisoned and not poisoned. Just as the root of a merchant's plant changes to different harms for different substances, so it is with sentient beings when teaching the Dharma. As the Blessed One said in the Sutra of the Wish-Fulfilling Jewel, just as different herbs were spoken for the four poisonous snakes, so it is for the poisonous snakes of afflictions. Again, just as someone obtains a supreme medicine that cures all poisons from a friendly doctor who is skilled in poisons, and then he gives this medicine to someone who is poisoned, and that person is cured. Then he gives this medicine to someone who is not poisoned, and that person

Just as killing, teaching the Dharma to sentient beings should also be understood in the same way. Therefore, in order to make the minds of all sentient beings amenable, one should first explain how worldly things exist, so that wise people can easily enter into emptiness. Precisely for this reason, (like) dyeing a stain-free cloth, one should first generate goodness in the mind with words of generosity and so on, and then practice the Dharma. Thus it is said. To show the meaning itself, an example is given: Just as barbarians cannot understand other languages, one cannot understand the world without understanding worldly things. For example, just as barbarians cannot understand other languages, so they can only express themselves in their own language, so too, the world can only enter into suchness through the door of establishing worldly things. Those who enter the worldly conventional path cannot be grasped by any wise person as the nature of ultimate truth, which is inexpressible, as if both self and Dharma were illusions. Only by entering the worldly convention as it is, can it be grasped as illusion; and by entering illusion, one can speak of the inexpressible nature of the profound ultimate Dharma. Therefore, the order of entry must be followed without doubt as described above. Like a young child. For example, like a young child. For example, just as a young child cannot be understood in other languages, so too is the world of ordinary people. Precisely for this reason, the teaching of existence and non-existence, etc., is the method of grasping the world, and therefore the Blessed One said: Existence and non-existence, existence and non-existence, and neither of the two, are also taught. In order to wash away the stain of seeing everything as non-existent, the Blessed One taught "existence" to those to be tamed. In order to abandon all attachment to the appearance of things, it is said that in some places there is "non-existence." Again, in order to abandon attachment to both forms, "existence" and "non-existence" are spoken of. In order to cut off all elaboration, it is also taught that it is "neither of the two." Furthermore, there is more.
