Because of indulging in alcohol, one does things that are not desirable. Therefore, it turns into a state of extreme sin, and should not be pursued. If one were to pursue teachings with virtuous deeds and pursue kingship with non-virtuous aggregates, then who could be more foolish than that? It's like knowing the year. Some astrologers have a single son who possesses qualities such as good looks. He will go to another place with his son, and he begins to mutter that he should go to others. When others ask him why he is doing this, he says that in six days my son will die. In just those few days, he killed that son. Here it is said, in the heavenly realms, when people see the difference in the richness of the fruits of Dharma and desire the difference in future fruits, which wise person would not respectfully perform meritorious deeds? It is to be said: Having seen the future fruit, if you are attached because of the desire for Dharma, if you have seen the end of the future, will you not be afraid? What will you do? If you desire the manifest fruit in the future, then if you mix desire into these virtuous actions, then its fruit is the immediately arising lower realms, which are extremely unpleasant. Therefore, one should completely abandon it, just as one abandons fruit, one should also abandon hope for Dharma. Not being attached to fruit and Dharma will certainly become the nature of completely passing beyond suffering. It's like buying a place for Gelba. Just as some unwise people, thinking they have merit, buy a place for Gelba. That is because it is not in accordance with all the world and becomes the cause of generating many faults. Furthermore, wanting to do good for the sake of fruit is like a hired worker, merit is always similar to reward. Just as a hired worker wants fruit and works for wages, so too does this person engage in giving and so on for the sake of fruit. Therefore, one will become like a hired worker, giving and so on for the sake of a desirable fruit.

One should not strive in the activity of. Regarding this, one should not doubt that the wise will turn to the opposite of this, as follows: Those who do not desire virtue, how do they commit non-virtue? For those who manifestly desire action, since it is the cause of the arising of happiness for oneself and others, virtuous action is supreme. If those who do not desire it because it is the cause of samsara, how do they commit non-virtue that is not ultimately meaningful for themselves and others like those? Although one cannot doubt this about them, it is possible to turn away from samsara, because they do not create its cause. Like Rangata placing a yoke on the prince. Rangata is the name of an extremely poor and destitute beggar who obtained some poorly mixed leftovers from some people. He also wrapped himself in his tattered clothes, which had been ruined by many impurities such as dirt and pus, and was careless, and his food was snatched by a dog. Not far from there, a prince was fasting because he wanted to please the gods, and he accused the prince of stealing and eating his alms, saying that the prince would break his fast. How could someone who does not eat his own well-prepared food eat such a thing? Likewise, how can those who do not dare to do meritorious deeds because they are the cause of existence do non-meritorious deeds with the root of evil destinies? Furthermore, children who are associated with ignorance perform and accumulate virtuous and non-virtuous deeds for the sake of the ripening of happiness, pleasure, and consciousness. By uprooting the increasing perversion of ignorance, in order to generate the vision of no self-nature, they understand the true meaning of dependent origination. Those who see beings in samsara like an assembly of illusionists, like a magical person, greatly and clearly go to the supreme state. The illusion wheel is made of threads and pieces of wood, etc., and illusion is the appearance of men and women, etc., caused by the power of mantras and great medicines. How those who

In contrast to inversion, those who are not proficient in the nature of things become the source of affliction, while those who are proficient in the nature of things, seeing the emptiness of the nature of men and women transformed by illusion wheels and magicians, how can they become the source of affliction? Similarly, those who think that beings are born dependent on causes and conditions, like illusion wheels and magic, etc., are far from self-nature and are not truly existent, they transcend the cycle of reincarnation produced by inversion, transcend good and evil deeds, and finally reach the ultimate city beyond sorrow. Just like the daughter of the illusion wheel. A painter lived in the house of an illusion wheel master. The master, as a joke, sent an illusion wheel daughter. The painter thought that this maid was sent for me to enjoy as I pleased, so he took her hand, but it turned into a wooden post. When he saw it, he felt very ashamed. In order to retaliate, he drew himself being pressed underneath on the wall. When the illusion wheel master saw it, he thought, alas, this fool, could it be that the painter was so ashamed that he wanted to commit suicide because he touched the illusion wheel? Therefore, for those who are proficient in the Dharma nature that is not different from the nature of illusion: For those who, in reincarnation, even worldly things cannot make them happy, for them, any happiness here is inappropriate. Attachment to worldly things is the reason why children stay in reincarnation, but for those who, because they have well distinguished the Dharma nature, do not feel happy about reincarnation, do not feel happy about the reincarnation of gods and humans, and do not feel happy about those who follow the world, how can they feel happy about other sorrows, and the disturbing states of birth, old age, sickness, death, sorrow, crying, etc. that follow? This is impossible. Therefore, it is said: For them, any happiness here is inappropriate. The wise are...
