Such thinking is also not definitive, so seeing them as existent does not see that nature. Therefore, the Bhagavan said: "The eye, ear, and nose are also not valid measures, the tongue, body, and mind are also not valid measures. If these senses were valid, what use would the noble path have for anyone? Thus, these senses are not valid, the nature of things is unstated. Therefore, whoever desires the path of nirvana, let them engage in the activities of the noble path." Thus it is said that these are assessed by distorted conceptualization: taking what is not real as real, taking what is existent as nonexistent, and taking what is unborn and unarisen as reality and distorted arising. Know this. How do they not see reality? Again, it says in the same text: "When conditioned and unconditioned, real and unreal, superior, middling, and inferior phenomena, there is no activity in any form. One does not refer to it as a steadfast woman, nor does one think of it as a man, because all phenomena are unborn, and even when sought, they are not seen. All these phenomena are nonexistent, without birth and without arising, always empty, without an agent, abiding. This is the realm of activity for the wise." Seeing in this way is true seeing, but this is not present in children. Therefore, because it is not true seeing, they are not established in liberation. Because seeing it as nonexistent in this way is the source of all faults, just as it is the result of falling into bad destinies and experiencing unpleasantness. Seeing it as existent is also familiar to ordinary people, and it is the result of good destinies and experiencing happiness in all lifetimes. Thus, these two views are the result of samsara, and therefore they contradict reason. One is not liberated by existence, and one does not depart from this existence by nonexistence. Because purity cannot wash away impurity, these two views, which are the cause of the arising of the impurity of samsara, cannot attain the liberation that is the nature of transcending existence. If seeing it as existent and nonexistent in this way does not liberate one from the aggregates, elements, and sense bases, then with what view will yogis be liberated? Thing

And by completely knowing the non-existent, the great self is liberated. This is what is said. The existent relies on the path, and without the non-existent, it cannot be accomplished. Both the existent and the non-existent abide in a state without inherent existence. Completely knowing the non-existent of those two, the nature that does not completely conceptualize the inherent nature of the existent and non-existent, that is how one completely knows the existent and non-existent without confusion. By completely knowing in this way, the great self is established. Therefore, they are far beyond ordinary people, abiding in the wisdom without signs, they themselves are very great, so they are called the great self, and are also called the noble ones. Attachment and so on, which arise from conceptualizing the characteristics of the existent and non-existent, are the cause of not transcending the three realms, so ordinary people are bound. It makes ordinary people enter without autonomy, and thus they revolve in the five paths. Not clinging to the existent and non-existent, because one does not discriminate its characteristics, so it will not arise, and the continuum of attachment and so on will surely be cut off. Because those continuums are cut off, liberation will be attained. Therefore, this itself is the method of liberation. Here it is said: The existent and the non-existent exist. If they did not exist, then at that time your samsara and nirvana would also not exist. Samsara is the nature of the five aggregates of clinging, so it is the nature of the existent. It is precisely from those five aggregates of clinging that, driven by afflictions, one goes from one path to another, so it is called samsara, therefore it also exists. Because it exists, the existent also exists. Nirvana liberation is the nature of the cessation of samsara, suffering will not arise later, so it is non-existent. Therefore, the existent without samsara, nirvana is also possible and exists. It is explained that if those two, samsara and nirvana, exist, then the existent and the non-existent should also exist, but those two do not exist. Then, didn't the Blessed One say that those two exist? Like this, samsara is completely ceased
