Transformation, similarly, small actions become large differences, large actions become small differences, and the correctly undertaken actions, which are the cause of the Hearers, which are the cause of the Solitary Buddhas, and which are the cause of the Buddhas' enlightenment, the Tathagata fully knows. Similarly, the correctly undertaken actions, which, when they occur in this way, suffering will become happiness when it matures in the future, and happiness will become suffering when it matures in the future, the Tathagata fully knows. Therefore, the actions of sentient beings in the past, future, and present, what the cause is, and what the maturation is, the Tathagata relies on that truth and not on others, and fully knows as it is. Having known, he also teaches the Dharma as it is, like saying that this is the second action of the Tathagata of the Tathagata. Now, relying on the power of knowing various inclinations, it is explained that the desire of the power of arising of attachment and so on is: extremely various, inferior, medium, any kind of superior desire. The knowledge of the inclinations covered by others besides that is: the power of knowing that pervades all beings in the three times. Here, the sound of attachment is an approximate representation of affliction, so anger and so on should also be included. The sound of "etc." is to include virtuous Dharmas such as faith. The sound of "arising" mentions the seeds of attachment and so on, because attachment and so on arise from this. Therefore, in this way, the mind completely held by the seeds of attachment and so on, and faith and so on, is especially called inclination, special thought, desire, and inclination, and the inclination is obscured by the universal practice of other Dharmas besides that, and also completely cuts off the distinction of its own nature, and the nature of all aspects of knowledge arises, which is established as the power of knowing various inclinations of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, as it is said: Son of the lineage, other Tathagatas

And other sentient beings, and the various inclinations of other individuals, and the various inclinations are thoroughly known as they really are. Son of the family, how does the Tathagata thoroughly know the various inclinations and various inclinations of other sentient beings and other individuals as they really are? Any individual who dwells in desire and believes in hatred, any individual who dwells in hatred and believes in desire, any individual who dwells in ignorance and believes in desire, hatred, and ignorance, the Tathagata also thoroughly knows. Any individual who dwells in virtue and believes in non-virtue, the Tathagata also thoroughly knows. Any individual who, with small means, believes in great intentions, and any individual who, with great means, believes in small intentions, the Tathagata also thoroughly knows. By what inclination does small means abide in excellence, excellent means abide in smallness, and the realm of reality is established in the realm of perversion, the realm of perversion is established in the realm of reality, and the realm of uncertainty is established in the realm of reality, by what inclination does one transcend the desire realm, by what inclination does one transcend the form realm, by what inclination does one transcend the formless realm, and by what inclination does one transcend the three realms, the Tathagata also thoroughly knows. Having known, he also teaches the Dharma accordingly, saying, "This is the third deed of the Tathagata's Tathagata." Now, it is explained from the perspective of the power of knowing various realms. Those who are skilled in distinguishing the realms of the Buddha, the nature of the eye and so on is said to be the realm. The knowledge of the perfect Buddhas is infinite, and the power to enter into the distinctions of all kinds of realms is asserted. Nature, essence, and emptiness are all synonyms. The knowledge of those who are skilled in distinguishing all the realms of the Buddha, the nature of the realms of the eye and so on, that is, the various distinctions of the characteristics of inner emptiness and so on, is unobstructed, which is the power of knowing various realms.
