Therefore, it is ultimate Nirvana. That is empty by it. That is ultimate emptiness. In order to dispel the attachment of the wise to the reality of Nirvana. The ultimate wise ones teach the ultimate. As it is said, what is that ultimate emptiness? The so-called ultimate is Nirvana, because it is not permanent and not destructible. Nirvana is empty by Nirvana, as it is widely said. It is also said in order to dispel the attachment to reality of those who are attached to the reality of Nirvana. The word "meaning" is a word of need or a word of knowledge. Because the three realms arise from conditions. It is definitely a created phenomenon. That is empty by it. That is the emptiness of the created. As it is said, what is the emptiness of the created? The so-called created is the three realms. Among them, the desire realm is empty by the desire realm, as it is widely said. What is the nature of birth, dwelling, and impermanence? Those are non-created. That is empty by it. That is the emptiness of the uncreated. "It by" means "by the uncreated." As it is said, what is the emptiness of the uncreated? The so-called uncreated is: What has no birth, no cessation, no destruction, and no change from dwelling. Among them, the uncreated is empty by the uncreated, as it is said, as before. What has no end. That is said to be beyond extremes. That is empty by itself. The emptiness of being beyond extremes is declared. As it is said, what is the emptiness of being beyond extremes? The so-called extreme is the extreme of permanence and the extreme of annihilation. What has no extreme is beyond extremes. Being beyond extremes is empty of being beyond extremes, as it is widely said. Initial first final end. Because of the absence of these, samsara is. It is said to be without beginning or end. Departing from coming and going, like a dream. What is the emptiness of this existence by that? That is the emptiness of having no beginning or end, as it is definitely declared in the treatise. As it is said, what is that

What is emptiness without beginning or end? That which has no beginning or end discernible has no middle. That which has no beginning, end, or middle discernible has no coming or going. Because it is neither permanently abiding nor perishable. Therefore, it is like saying, "The beginning, end, and middle are empty of beginning, end, and middle," and so on. The term "beginning" refers to the first. The term "end" refers to the finality. The term "abandoning" refers to scattering and forgetting. For forgetting, it is necessary to say abandoning. Emptiness without abandoning is non-existent; there is no forgetting whatsoever. Through this non-abandoning, it itself is emptiness. Therefore, it is said that non-abandoning is emptiness. As it is said in the scriptures: What is emptiness without abandoning? Abandoning is scattering, forgetting, and discarding. What is without abandoning? It is empty of abandoning, as it is extensively taught. Abandoning is discarding, and non-abandoning is that which has nothing discarded, that is its meaning. The nature of conditioned phenomena and so on, because the Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, Bodhisattvas, and Tathagatas have not created it, therefore, the nature of conditioned phenomena and so on is called self-nature. It itself is emptiness, that is self-nature emptiness. As it is said in the scriptures: What is self-nature emptiness? That which is the self-nature of phenomena, not created and not manifestly assembled, that is not created by the Shravakas, as it is extensively taught. The eighteen realms and the six contacts, and the six feelings arising from them, as well as the form and the formless, similarly, the conditioned and the unconditioned phenomena. These phenomena are all, and the emptiness that is separated by them, this is the emptiness of all phenomena. As it is said in the scriptures: What is the emptiness of all phenomena? The term "all phenomena" refers to conditioned phenomena and unconditioned phenomena, and so on, as it is said. The eighteen realms are: the six internal sources, the six external sources, and the six aggregates of consciousness. The six contacts are from eye contact to mind contact. The feelings caused by contact are also six.
