Has been explained. Relying on Maitreya Near Protector, the dharmas are, named as this. If a person is not a god, then it becomes impermanent and changing. If a god and a person are different entities, then the lineage becomes unreasonable. It is said so. Therefore, it is unreasonable for things with different characteristics to belong to one lineage, and therefore, there is no way to avoid the fault. Therefore, in order to show that the aggregates are not self and the mind is not self, it is said: Therefore, aggregates and mind should not be self. As mentioned earlier, because of the fault, not only should aggregates and mind not be regarded as self, but also because: the world having an end, etc., does not exist. Because it is claimed that the world having an end, etc., does not exist, it is unreasonable to say that aggregates and mind are pure. These fourteen unelucidated things are claimed by all schools, namely: the world is permanent, the world is impermanent, it is both permanent and impermanent, it is neither permanent nor impermanent, and so on. The Blessed One said that these should not be debated, therefore they are established as unelucidated things. After such prohibition, if a monk holds to "the world is permanent", according to the scriptures of the Eastern Mountain School, for those who hold the view that "the world is permanent", the act of expulsion should also be performed. For those who hold the view that "the world is impermanent", the act of expulsion should also be performed. For those who hold the view that "the world is both permanent and impermanent", the act of expulsion should also be performed. For those who hold the view that "the world is neither permanent nor impermanent", the act of expulsion should also be performed, and it is said that one should not associate with these people. Therefore, all fourteen unelucidated things should be stated. Therefore, if the word "world" refers to the aggregates, then, since the aggregates arise and cease, they are impermanent, therefore it should also be said that "the world is impermanent".

it will also be prophesied. Similarly, it will also be prophesied that the Tathagata does not exist after his death. Therefore, in order to prevent statements such as the world has an end, it is unreasonable to say that the aggregates alone are the self. Furthermore, when your yoga sees no-self, then certainly all things will become empty. If the aggregates or the mind are the self, then when the yogi sees the truth, all dharmas are no-self, and when the truth of suffering is seen in the form of no-self, seeing the emptiness of the aggregates becomes seeing no-self. But this is not what is desired, therefore the aggregates are not the self. If, when karma and its result are connected, the word "self" is used, since it is impossible to have another "self", it refers only to the aggregates. When no-self is seen, the inner agent fabricated by others will appear. Therefore, even when seeing no-self, one only sees the formations separated from the inner agent, and it will not lead to seeing all things as empty. If someone thinks like this, then it can be said: if you abandon the permanent self, then because of that reason, you will not consider the mind or the aggregates as the self. If you are afraid of all things becoming empty and retreat, using the word "self" to completely hold onto the permanent self, and do not consider the aggregates or the mind as the self, then you will lose your position. If you do not want it to apply to that kind of situation, thinking that there is no fault, this is also not possible. Because here, the inner agent is the self, and in other places, the aggregates are the self, using it arbitrarily like this, it is not known where it comes from. If you say that this is impossible, then it has already been shown that this is also impossible to apply to the aggregates. Therefore, if you do not want the word "self" in "all dharmas are no-self" to apply to the aggregates, then do not use it elsewhere either.

English

It is said. If one wants to enter other aggregates, one must want to come here. Furthermore, your yoga sees selflessness, but form and so on will not be realized because of that. Because one enters by focusing on form, attachment and so on will arise, because one has not realized its nature. Saying there are pomegranates and cuckoos, just by that, without tasting the sweetness of the pomegranate, no one will perceive its sweetness. Saying there are no cuckoos there, even while tasting the flavor, one will not perceive the sweetness, nor will one abandon the manifest clinging that belongs to it. Similarly, here too, if a yogi sees that forms and other phenomena are separated from a permanent self, then what will happen to him because he does not fully understand its nature? Or, even if one abandons attachment and so on by focusing on the individual nature of forms and so on, what will happen to the absence of a real self? Because from fully understanding that it does not exist, one abandons attachment and so on to those objects, no internal agent will become an obstacle. Because one will not rely on objects that will experience happiness, nor will one abandon encountering unpleasant objects for fear of suffering. Therefore, because one enters by focusing on form, attachment and so on will arise, because fully understanding its nature, there is no cause for abandoning attachment and so on, thinking like the outsiders. If we take the scriptures as प्रमाण (pramāṇa, प्रमाण, pramāṇa, 量), the प्रमाण (pramāṇa, प्रमाण, pramāṇa, 量) of reason does not harm it, and the scriptures also only show that the aggregates are the self, as it is said: Monks, any śrāmaṇa or brahmin, who correctly contemplates thinking it is me, those are correctly contemplating these five aggregates of grasping, as it is said. Similarly, if one thinks that it is also like this here, because the teacher said the aggregates are me, therefore if one thinks the aggregates are me, that is preventing the self other than the aggregates, because in other sutras it is said that form is not me and so on. From where does this woman say that the aggregates are me?
