When a man of short life becomes detached from pure lands, he gradually cultivates meditation and correctly obtains the wisdom of the gods, thereby observing nature through the divine eye. When he observes, nature becomes ashamed like other women, so it will not be angry with me and will leave. All collections of transformations also reverse from the order of birth, and in order to be completely tranquil at that time, they become an indistinct state. At that time, only the man exists alone, therefore it is called liberation. Although it has already undergone transformation, it is called constant because it always remains in a free and unconstrained state due to not aging. Nature itself is the agent, and among the various transformations, some are also agents, while I am called a non-agent because I am lazy in action. The enjoyer itself has already been explained as mentioned earlier. Because it does not have the nature of dust, darkness, and vigor, it itself has no merit. Because it is not pervasive, it itself has no action, and these are the characteristics of the man. Among them, nature itself is the agent, and among the various transformations, some are also agents, the reason for saying this is, what transformations are agents, and what transformations are not agents? In order to explain this distinction, a little will be said, among which dust, darkness, and vigor are the three qualities. Among them, dust has the nature of movement and entry. Darkness has the nature of heaviness and covering. Vigor has the nature of lightness and extreme brightness. Pleasure, pain, and delusion are just names for these. When these are in a state of equilibrium, they are the principal, because here the qualities become principal and are completely tranquil. Their unchanging state is nature. From nature comes the great, and the great is called the name of wisdom. From the great comes ego. It has three forms: transformation and vigor.

Potent and Dark. From the transforming ego arise the five tanmatras, namely, form, sound, smell, taste, and touch. From these tanmatras arise the elements, namely, earth, water, fire, wind, and space. From the potent ego arise the five organs of action, namely, the hands, feet, anus, genitals, and the five organs of cognition, namely, the eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and skin, as well as the mind, which is of the nature of both. Thus, there are eleven. The dark ego is the entrance to both egos. Here, the Great, the Ego, and the five tanmatras are both nature and transformation, while the ten organs, the mind, and the great elements are only transformation. Nature is only non-transformation, and this is the tenet. Just as the Samkhyas assert, the tenets of the heretics become different depending on slight differences. For example, the Vaisheshikas assert that intelligence, pleasure, pain, desire, hatred, effort, dharma, adharma, and the force of action are the nine qualities of the self. Among these, intelligence is the apprehension of objects. Pleasure is the experience of desirable objects. Pain is the opposite of that. Desire is the hope for desirable things. Hatred is turning away from undesirable objects. Effort is the skill of the mind in accomplishing what needs to be done. That from which eminence and definite goodness are accomplished is dharma. The opposite of that is adharma. That which arises from knowledge and becomes the cause of knowledge is the force of action. As long as those nine qualities of the self are gathered in the self and exist, one will wander in samsara in order to accomplish virtuous and non-virtuous actions combined by them. When a person, with the wisdom of truly knowing, cuts off the qualities such as intelligence along with their roots, then one abides in one's own nature and becomes liberated. That self is also permanent, the agent, the enjoyer, endowed with qualities, and pervasive.

Therefore, it is also said to be without action. Some acknowledge that contraction and extension themselves have action. The Vedic proponents acknowledge that, like the space in a pot, the bodies are different, but in reality, it is one and has various properties, and so on. Thus, depending on the slight differences of the self, the doctrines of the non-Buddhists become mutually different. The self that is spoken of in each of the non-Buddhist doctrines, because it is like the child of a barren woman, is devoid of birth. The self that has become like that does not exist. This should not be the basis of self-grasping. This should not be accepted as conventionally existent. Because it contradicts one's own perception. The self that is spoken of is not existent, because it is unborn, like the child of a barren woman. This should not be the object of self-grasping, because it is unborn. This is not only not suitable as an ultimately existent and as an object of self-grasping, but it should be known that both of these do not exist even conventionally. This is not only not suitable as an existent and as a basis of self-grasping, but also, because of the differences between scriptures, all that is taught by the non-Buddhists is refuted by the reason of unbornness that is accepted by one's own tradition. Therefore, those differences do not exist. Among them, in the scriptures of the Samkhya school, the distinctions of the self are considered to be permanent, non-agent, enjoyer, without qualities, and without action. Among them, the self is not permanent, nor is it a non-agent, and so on up to being without action, because it is not born by itself, like the child of a barren woman. Similarly, the self is not permanent, nor is it an agent, and so on, because it is not born by itself. This should also be said to the Vaisheshika school. In this way, for all those who claim to have a self, one should clearly understand its nature and differences with the reason of unbornness and the example of the child of a barren woman. Therefore, since it is so. Therefore, there is no self other than the aggregates. Therefore, the self does not exist as something different from the aggregates, other than these, the self
