Because it is not inherently existent, but to conveniently show its existence, this is a method understood by the world. Therefore, he shows its existence. As it is said in the verses that correspond to the eastern mountain range: If the guides of the world, do not conform to the world, then what is the nature of the Buddha? No one will understand the Buddha. The aggregates, realms, and sources, they consider to be of the same nature. Showing these three realms, this is conforming to the world. The dharmas that have no name, with inconceivable names, completely proclaim to sentient beings, this is conforming to the world. Showing the non-existent, abiding in the Buddha-nature, there is nothing non-existent here, this is conforming to the world. Not observing meaningful and meaningless, as well as cessation and ultimate meaning, proclaiming the supreme of speakers, this is conforming to the world. Without destruction, without arising, although equal to the realm of dharma, but proclaiming the eon of burning, this is conforming to the world. In the three times, the nature of sentient beings is not observable, and also showing the realm of sentient beings, this is conforming to the world. Just like it is widely proclaimed. Therefore, it is intolerable to proclaim the views of the Mind-Only Madhyamaka school in that way, and in order to eliminate the views of those who fabricate through their own conceptual thoughts, and establish meaning through the mode of stating, it is said: Because there is no object of grasping, the grasper is not seen, since the three realms are fully understood to be only consciousness, the Bodhisattva who abides in wisdom, will realize that it is only consciousness. The word "abiding" here means residing. Abiding in wisdom is abiding in wisdom, because wisdom exists here, so it is abiding in wisdom, referring to the one who cultivates wisdom. The Bodhisattva, refers to the one who fully abides in the direction of manifestation. Whoever truly, non-perversely, and without superimposition, knows, sees, and understands that suchness, that is the realization of suchness, will realize that it is only consciousness.

And the word "Ur" is placed in the sentence. Because the formless mind and mental events are also realized as merely things that arise dependently. Therefore, it is called realizing the truth as only consciousness. Furthermore, how does one realize the truth as only consciousness through this? Therefore, it says: Because there is no object of grasping, the grasper is not seen, and the three realms are well understood as only consciousness. Thus it is said, because the Bodhisattva, with the reasoning that he will explain, does not see the grasper itself because the mind has no object of grasping, and he cultivates the habit of the three realms being only consciousness for a long time. From cultivating this, he also sees with his own awareness an inexpressible thing that is only a thing. Therefore, in this order, he will realize the truth as only consciousness. If these are only consciousness, then how can only consciousness with its aspects arise here without an external object? Answer: Just as the ocean is stirred by the wind, and waves arise from the great, so from the seed of all, called the Alaya, only consciousness arises by its own power. Just as the branch of water that makes the ocean the basis of the waves is completely moved by the wind, and the waves, like sleep, with only the wind as the proximate cause, run around completely as if they have found their own bodies in a competitive way, so here too, consciousness is transmitted from one to another, entering from beginningless time. From the complete maturation of the habit of manifestly clinging to the grasped and the grasper, one ceases as if one's self has obtained a real object. In the Alaya consciousness, whatever difference in habit becomes the cause of the arising of another consciousness that is connected with its own aspect and in accordance with it, establishing the order, the conditions for one's own complete maturation gather, and one obtains complete maturation. From that which is not completely pure, only something that is other's power arises, and for that, children completely conceptualize the aspects of the grasped and the grasper. However, the grasped that is other than consciousness does not exist at all. For example:
