Not separated from joy and pride, not overwhelmed by all the worlds, that is, possessing a single moment of mind. What is the reason for that? Because the Tathagata has no karmic imprints, no afflictive imprints, and no behavioral error imprints. For example, just as the sky is completely pure by nature and does not coexist with dust and smoke. The knowledge of the exhaustion of outflows of the Tathagata also does not coexist with all the karmic and afflictive imprints. Such an exhaustor of outflows, as soon as he abides, teaches the Dharma in order to cause sentient beings who possess outflows and attachment to exhaust the outflows and abandon attachment. Alas! Sentient beings who arise from non-veridical pervasive ideation, you should individually awaken to those outflows and attachments as they truly are! The Tathagata says to them that in any case, sentient beings should truly know that the outflows are not real, and after knowing, not grasp any dharma, thereby completely liberating from suffering. Thus, the Dharma is taught with those appropriate examples. Son of good family, this is the tenth activity of the Tathagata's Tathagata! It is said like this. Therefore, those who are complete in every way, possessing the inconceivable realm of the Tathagata's wisdom, possessing all other qualities, abiding inseparably from the Dharmakaya, increasing in qualities, each measured by the sky alone, are the protectors of the helpless who are immersed in the four great rivers of desire, existence, views, and ignorance. These ten powers of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, will be completely purified in every way in the Buddha's pure land. It is enough to expand on this. Each pore of the physical body of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, as well as the marks of a great person, the signs, the powers, the fearlessness, the unshared qualities of the Buddha, and so on, the distinction of qualities can only be practiced by the Buddha. If it is said, it is oneself.

Since it has become the realm of wisdom, the measure of life is blessed for countless and inconceivable eons, and it is said quickly that there are no other activities for the benefit of beings, even so, the qualities cannot be completely perfected. Not to mention Bodhisattvas, how can Sravakas and Pratyekabuddhas fully know or describe the qualities of the Buddha? Needless to say. This meaning is explained by way of example: Without space, birds will not return; here, because one's own strength is exhausted, one returns. Disciples and sons of the Buddha, the Buddha's qualities are like the sky, boundless, and if not spoken, they will return. Just like this, in the sky, one gains the ability to overcome the other by the force of the wind with wide wings, but it is not because the sky is completely exhausted that one returns to the sky, but because one's own strength and the power to overcome the other are gone. Similarly, for the time being, those Bodhisattvas who abide in the tenth bhumi and have attained inconceivable liberation, even they cannot describe the qualities of the Tathagata, so they return from the qualities that are as boundless as the sky, but not because the qualities are completely perfected, but because their own intellectual power is completely exhausted. Then, how can Sravakas or Pratyekabuddhas realize the ultimate qualities? When will they be able to fully know or describe the qualities of the Buddha, their era is like this, therefore, for those like us who are blinded by the darkness of ignorance, and for those who are truly and deeply hidden, how can there be an opportunity to describe the qualities of the Tathagata? Therefore, this is not a suitable place at all. Therefore, it is said: How can someone like me know or describe these qualities of yours? However, because the noble Nagarjuna said it, I will dispel doubts and say a little. Like this, although I do not fully know a small part of the qualities of the Tathagata, even so, I speak fearlessly of one aspect of the qualities, which is based on others. That is to say, because the noble Nagarjuna said it. End.
