Therefore, its own nature is, because it is, the eye is empty by the eye. Likewise, ear, nose, tongue, body, and mind should also be stated. Because it is not constant, nor is it destructible, any selflessness of the six, such as the eye, that is considered inner emptiness. Because its own nature is, because it is, form is empty by form. Sound, smell, taste, touch, and also phenomena, are also the same. Form, etc., are selfless, and are considered outer emptiness. Both are selfless, which is inner and outer emptiness. All phenomena are selfless, which the wise call emptiness. That emptiness is also empty by the nature of emptiness. What is called the emptiness of emptiness is considered emptiness of emptiness, and it is spoken to dispel the attachment of those who have the thought of emptiness as a real thing. The sentient world of containers, because it is completely pervasive without remainder, and immeasurable, with no limit by analogy, therefore the directions are vast. These ten directions, any emptiness of the directions, that is great emptiness, which is spoken to dispel the attachment to greatness. That is the supreme necessity, which is ultimate nirvana. That is its emptiness, which is ultimate emptiness, in order to dispel the attachment of those who have the thought of nirvana as a real thing. With ultimate wisdom, the ultimate, emptiness, is shown. Because it arises from conditions, these three realms are definitely stated to be conditioned. That is its emptiness, which is stated to be conditioned emptiness. Any birth, dwelling, impermanence, without those is unconditioned. That is its emptiness, which is unconditioned emptiness. Anything that has no limit is said to be beyond limit. It is empty only by it, and is stated to be emptiness beyond limit. Initial and first, final and end, because there are none of those, samsara is said to be without beginning or end. Because it is free from going and coming, like a dream, this existence, it is its quietness, that is the initial and final, non-existent emptiness, which is definitely stated in the scriptures. Abandonment is called scattering, and loss is definitely stated. Without abandonment

There is no abandonment, which means not abandoning anything. Because there is no abandonment, that is emptiness. Therefore, not abandoning is called emptiness. The nature of conditioned phenomena, etc., because the Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, Bodhisattvas, Tathagatas, etc., did not create them, therefore the nature of conditioned phenomena, etc., is said to be self-nature. That is emptiness, that is self-nature emptiness. The eighteen realms and sixty-two, and the six feelings arising from them, as well as the four forms of form and formlessness, conditioned and unconditioned dharmas, all these dharmas, the emptiness that is empty of these, form, etc., conditioned phenomena and unreal phenomena, that is self-characteristic emptiness. Form is characterized by form, feeling is the nature of experience, perception is grasping at characteristics, and formation is manifest action. Each object is distinctly known, and consciousness is its own characteristic. The aggregates are the self-characteristic of suffering, the nature of the realms is desired as poisonous snakes, and the sources are said by the Buddha to be the gate of birth. What is dependent origination, that is the characteristic of aggregation. Giving is the perfection of giving, ethics is the characteristic of no heat, patience is the characteristic of no anger, and diligence is the nature of no fault. Meditation is the characteristic of gathering, and wisdom is the characteristic of no attachment, these are said to be the characteristics of the six perfections. Meditations and immeasurables, and any other formless ones, these are said by the perfectly enlightened one to have the characteristic of non-confusion. The thirty-seven factors of enlightenment are the self-characteristic of definite departure. The characteristic of emptiness is, by having no object, completely peaceful. The signless is the nature of peace, the characteristic of the third is suffering, and the characteristics of liberation, such as non-ignorance, are complete liberation. The powers are extremely completely, said to be the nature of determination. The fearlessness of protection is, the nature of extreme stability. Each correct knowledge is, the characteristic of fearlessness and other immeasurables. Diligently benefiting beings, is great love.
