. At that time, to make seeing by seeing, how can that become reasonable? It should be combined with this. Some dharmas that are arising are merely arising without action, and when they cease, they do not look at any object at all, because they are without action. Therefore, saying that seeing does not see, this is thought to be establishing what is already established. To this it should be said, if there is no action that is a part of conventional language, then the mere dharma will also not exist, because it is separate from action, like a flower in the sky. Therefore, how can one understand that which is separate from action as merely dharma? Therefore, if it is said to be the truth of conventional language, then just as it is merely dharma, one should also acknowledge action. However, if one thinks of it as ultimate, then just as with action, the mere dharma also does not exist, one should acknowledge this. As it is said in the "Hundred Treatises": That which possesses action is permanent, for the one who goes everywhere there is no action, the absence of action is the same as non-existence, why are you not pleased with selflessness? Thus it is said. Therefore, this other's tenet is not harmful, and for us, it will also not become the fault of establishing what is already established. Here it is said, we do not acknowledge that seeing by seeing is the establishment of the agent, so what is it? Here, it is the establishment of the agent by the seer seeing, therefore it will not become the fault of what was said. This seeing that has become the agent, the seer is the seer, and this is either consciousness or self, in any case it exists. Seeing is also established from the existence of the agent. It should be said, seeing itself is also the seer, one should know that it is explained in this way. How is it in this regard? Seeing that own self, by such as this, refuting seeing, similarly one should know that refuting the seer is the same as seeing. For example, the seer's own self, not seeing by seeing, how does one who does not see himself see others? One should say by such as this, therefore, just as with seeing, the seer also does not exist, thus it is established. Here it is said, the seer exists, because his action and function exist. Here
