Thus, it is said that it is emptiness itself. It is designated dependently. It is the Middle Way itself. Thus, it will be shown in this. The Blessed One also said: "Whatever arises from conditions is unborn. There is no nature of arising in it. Whatever depends on conditions is said to be empty. Whoever knows emptiness is not negligent." Therefore, it is said in verses. Thus, whatever is the meaning of dependent arising is the meaning of emptiness itself, but whatever is the meaning of non-existence is not the meaning of emptiness. You are imputing the meaning of non-existence to the meaning of emptiness, and you are seeking faults with us. Therefore, you do not know the meaning of emptiness either. Not knowing but seeking faults is definitely harmful to you. Who is the one who seeks faults with us as we have said? It is the one who does not know the distinction between the two truths in the Buddha's scriptures, and who is only engaged in reciting the scriptures. Therefore, in order to dispel the teacher's distorted interpretation of the meaning of other people's scriptures, let us temporarily establish the distinction between the two truths as taught in the Buddha's scriptures without reversing them. The Buddhas teach the Dharma, relying on the two truths, the conventional truth and the ultimate truth. Thus it is said. This is the Dharma taught by the Buddhas, the Blessed Ones, which enters by relying on the two truths. What are the two truths? They are the conventional truth and the ultimate truth. Among them, the world is very famous for the aggregates, and the world definitely depends on them. Thus it is said, then the person who is imputed based on the aggregates is called the world. Because it is obscured by everything, it is called conventional. Ignorance obscures the reality of things, so it is called conventional. Also, because they depend on each other, it is called conventional, which means that they depend on each other. Also, conventional is a term, the name of the world.
English
The term "nyad" is called a word. That is, it has the characteristics of expression, object of expression, knowledge, object of knowledge, and so on. The conventional truth of the world is "the conventional truth of the world." From what is it distinguished in that way? Is there also a conventional truth that is not of the world? If asked, this is just stating how things exist, and that kind of examination does not apply here. In another way, those who have impaired senses due to cataracts, blue blindness, and yellow eyes, etc., and whose vision is contrary to reality, are not of the world. What is the conventional truth of those? It is not the conventional truth of the world. "The conventional truth of the world" is distinguished from that. This is also explained in detail in the Madhyamakavatara, so it should be understood from there. The truth in the conventional truth of the world is: the conventional truth of the world. All these terms, such as what is expressed, what expresses, knowledge, and what is known, are all called the conventional truth of the world. These do not exist in the ultimate truth, because there, what is to be expressed is reversed, because the object of the mind is reversed. Unborn and unceasing, the nature of reality is the same as nirvana, therefore, how can words or knowledge enter into that ultimate truth? That ultimate truth is not known from others, it is peaceful, it is to be realized individually by the noble ones, and it is beyond all elaboration. That is not to be taught, nor is it knowledge, because: Not known from others, peaceful, Unelaborated by all elaborations, Without distinctions, meaning different, That is the nature of thatness. As has been said before. The meaning is also that, and the supreme is also that, therefore it is the ultimate. That itself is truth, therefore it is the truth of the ultimate truth. The distinction between these two truths should be understood in detail from the Madhyamakavatara. The Buddhas, the Bhagavat, teach the Dharma by relying on these two truths. The way of teaching is thus established, and those who do not distinguish well between the two truths do not understand the profound meaning of the Buddha's teaching.
