If they are experiencing suffering, they will rebuke you, asking why you are suffering in this way. Then, that person's friends, relatives, and in-laws will say, "Hey, young man, do not be afraid, do not be afraid, you are only dreaming, you have not left your home." That person will remember that they are dreaming and realize that what they are experiencing is not real, and then they will feel happy again. Lord, just as a person who is dreaming imposes non-existent things upon themselves and realizes that they have fallen into hell in a dream. Lord, ignorant ordinary people, bound by false desires, perceive everything as the characteristics of women. They perceive women as characteristics and realize that they are playing and enjoying themselves with them. These ignorant ordinary people will think, "I am a man, she is a woman, this woman is mine." Then, their minds, entangled by intense desire, begin to seek pleasure. They fight, argue, and battle because of this, and hatred arises towards those who possess evil powers. Those who are arrogant and conceited, due to their inverted perceptions, at the time of death, realize that they are experiencing the suffering of countless eons in the hells of sentient beings. Lord, just as that person's friends, relatives, and in-laws say to him, "Hey, young man, do not be afraid, do not be afraid, you are only dreaming, you have not left your home." In the same way, Lord, the Buddhas, the Blessed Ones, also teach the Dharma to sentient beings who are deluded by the four inversions, saying, "Here there is neither woman, nor man, nor sentient being, nor burning."

There is no cure, and there is no person. Because all these dharmas are false, all these dharmas are non-existent, all these dharmas are accomplished by perversion, all these dharmas are like illusions, all these dharmas are like dreams, all these dharmas are like mirages, all these dharmas are like reflections of the moon in water, and so on. Similarly, after hearing the Dharma taught by the Tathagata, they understand that all dharmas are free from attachment, all dharmas are free from hatred, free from ignorance, and understand that they are without self-nature and without obscurations. Their minds abide in the sky, and they will die. Immediately after death, they will completely pass into the realm of Nirvana without remainder. World Honored One, I have thus understood the sentient beings in hell. The Sutra Requested by the Noble Near Attendant also says: I have shown the terror of hell, and although I have made countless sentient beings feel disgusted, those sentient beings who die and fall into evil destinies, their destinations have never existed. Those who wield swords, long arrows, and weapons do not exist. Due to the effect of delusion, in those evil destinies, one sees weapons falling on the body, but there are no weapons there. Various pleasing flowers bloom, and golden pavilions shine, making one's heart rejoice, but here, there is also no creator. These are all established by the effect of delusion. By the effect of delusion, the world is distinguished, and ordinary people are distinguished by grasping thoughts. Grasping and non-grasping will not arise, it is completely delusion, like illusions and mirages. It is said. Therefore, as such, these which are not of real nature and are established by perversion, become the cause of the afflictions of ordinary people in samsara, and one should abide in this. How can things of false nature be both the cause of affliction and the cause of purification? This should be understood in detail from the Introduction to the Middle Way. Here it is said: If things are not born from self, other, both, and without cause, then how did the World Honored One use ignorance as a condition

It is said, "Conditioned are the formations." It should be explained that this is the conventional truth, not the ultimate truth. If it is said, is it necessary to explain the establishment of the conventional truth? Then, it is accepted that the conventional truth is established by merely acknowledging this very conditionality, not by acknowledging it through the four extremes, because that would lead to the fault of asserting that things have inherent existence, and that is also unreasonable. If only this conditionality is acknowledged, then since cause and effect are mutually dependent, there is no inherent existence, so there will be no fault of asserting that things have inherent existence. Therefore, it is said: Suffering is self-made, made by others, or made by both, the nihilists assert it is without cause, you say it arises from conditions. Thus it is said. From this it is also said: The agent acts dependent on the action, and the action also depends on the agent itself, apart from arising dependently, no cause for establishment is seen. It will be explained in this way. The Bhagavan also said that the indication of the Dharma for this is as follows: namely, this arising because of this, this arising because of this arising, that is, this ignorance conditioning the formations, the formations conditioning consciousness, and so on, only these were said. Here, some people object: Is this certainty that things are unborn born from valid cognition, or is it born from non-valid cognition? If it is asserted that it is born from valid cognition, then how many kinds of valid cognition are there? What is its nature? What are its objects? Is it born from self, or from other, or from both, or from no cause? These should be stated. If it is asserted that it is born from non-valid cognition, then that is unreasonable, because the realization of the object to be measured depends on valid cognition, and without valid cognition, one cannot realize the un-realized meaning. If there is no valid cognition, there is also no realization of the meaning, then from where does your correct certainty come? Therefore, the assertion that things are unborn is unreasonable. Or, from where does your certainty that things are unborn arise? Just from this my things
