Because it is not accepted, it is not the same. If you say that things are the same even if they are not established, if things are not established to be the same, then because the realizers are different, they are not the same. For example, to a person who steals, one person, without really understanding, slanders him because he is not on good terms with him, saying that this person stole something, while another person refutes him after seeing it with his own eyes. For him, the thing itself is not different, but even so, because the realizers are different, what is said to one person is a lie, and what is said to another person is the truth. For one person, if he observes correctly, he will become unknown and without fault, but for another person it is not so. Here too, although the self-nature of things is not different, the Madhyamikas truly understand and proclaim the self-nature of things, while the nihilists understand and state together with those who do not truly understand the self-nature of things, which is not the same. Former teachers said that just as the abandonment of non-discrimination and discrimination between ordinary people and noble ones is the same, just as the determination of the direction seen by the blind and the sighted is the same, but there is a great difference, so too there is a difference between the nihilists and the Madhyamikas. Here it is said that if this is the case, non-arising and non-ceasing, the Dharma-nature Nirvana is the same, and language and consciousness do not enter into it, but even so, if it is not indicated, then the people to be tamed will not be able to understand, and in order for the people to be tamed to enter into it, it is necessary to rely on the conventional truth, and there must be an order of how to indicate it, so it must be told. Telling: Here it should be known that the order of the teachings of the Buddhas, the Bhagavad-arhats, entering the nectar of Suchness is like this. That is: all is true and not true, true true and not true, not true not true and not true, that is the Buddha's follow-up teaching. So it is said. For it, whatever one likes, that of that previously

to explain. A vessel of the sacred Dharma that has deteriorated is certainly not. Just as barbarians cannot grasp other languages, so too, those who are not worldly cannot grasp the world. Similarly, the Bhagavan also said: 'The world argues with me, but I do not argue with the world. Whatever the world considers to exist, I also consider to exist; whatever the world considers not to exist, I also consider not to exist.' From these scriptural statements, it is clear that the Bhagavan, in order to inspire reverence in beings, first described in detail the origin of the vessel-world and the sentient world, starting from the circle of wind and reaching the peak of existence, bordering on the realm of space, including the birth, existence, and destruction of beings, as well as various classifications, including causes, results, experiences, faults, etc. Because the Bhagavan knows everything, he fully understands the origin of the world. For those beings who want to hear the classification of objects familiar to them and the nature of their own essence, the Bhagavan said: 'Whatever aggregates, elements, and sense-bases, etc., that are considered to be true by those who are blinded by the darkness of ignorance, are indeed true.' Therefore, in order to make these beings think that the Bhagavan is omniscient, it was later said: 'These are not all true.' What is called true is that which does not change. However, because all conditioned phenomena arise and cease in every moment, they are subject to change. Therefore, because they are subject to change, they are not true. The word "འང་" means "and," so one should regard "everything is true and untrue" as a summary. Some say: 'These are all, both true and untrue.' For those ordinary people, these are all true; but for the wisdom of the noble ones, these are all
