Those that are known as true, and those that are known as not true, such as sky flowers and rabbit horns, are nominally said to be "all true and all not true." To show its source, it is like what the Blessed One said: "Whatever the world considers to exist, I also say exists now; whatever the world considers not to exist, I also say does not exist now." Like this. Although the Blessed One sees that all phenomena are empty of inherent existence in the ultimate truth, he says, by the power of worldly convention, "This is true, this is not true, this is true and not true." Therefore, when worldly conventions are made, in order to be in accordance with taking up many meritorious deeds such as giving, which will lead to the realization of the ultimate truth, and in accordance with internal objects such as the five aggregates and external objects such as vases and blankets, which are known in worldly conventions, all those that are known as true in the world, the Blessed One also said, "This is true," therefore it should be said to be true. All those that are known as not true in the world, such as sky flowers and rabbit horns, the Blessed One also said, "This is not true," therefore it should be said to be not true. Alternatively, the sense bases such as the eye and the objects such as forms exist without contradicting the truth of convention, so it is said that "all are true." Therefore, "Alternatively, it is said that all are true because the internal and external sense bases exist in accordance with the conventional truth," this is shown. In the ultimate truth, because it arises dependently, like an illusion, and its inherent nature is not completely established, it is not as it appears, so it is said to be "not true." Therefore, "Alternatively, it is said to be not true because the internal and external sense bases arise dependently in the ultimate truth, like an illusion, and their inherent nature is not completely established, so it is not as it appears, so it is said to be not true."

It is proclaimed. Depending on the aspects of the two truths, true and not true. It is said that, regarding the internal and external sources, in relation to the conventional truth, they are like illusions, capable of acting, therefore they are called true. Those same, in relation to the ultimate truth, because they are without inherent existence, are called not true. Now, to show that in the ultimate sense, neither true nor not true, that is the teaching of the Buddha. At the time of realization, yogis do not discriminate in any way the suchness of all dharmas, therefore it is said: Not true, not not true, not true. That is the teaching of the Buddha. Thus it is said. In the ultimate sense, the emptiness of the nature of things, like illusion, dream, mirage, image, echo, etc., at the time of realization, yogis do not discriminate in any way the suchness of all dharmas. Neither is it said to be not true, nor is it said to be true, therefore it is neither not true, nor true, that is the teaching of the Buddhas, the Blessed Ones, free from the faults of existence and non-existence, uncommon to all non-Buddhists, which clarifies the ultimate truth. Or this is another meaning, all true, true not true. True, true not true. Not true not not true, not true. That is the teaching of the Buddha. The meaning of this verse is to explain it in another way. Or, the Blessed One, in order to eliminate the obscurations of afflictions, the internal and external sources, the nature of being without self and selflessness, the unwavering knowable, whatever those are, are all said to be true, this is the general term for saying all true. Explaining the meaning in another way, the Blessed One, in order to eliminate the obscurations of afflictions, the internal sources such as the eye, and the external such as forms, the internal sources such as the eye, and the external sources such as forms, the nature of being without self and selflessness.

Whatever is unmoving and without consciousness, whatever is shown as knowable, all of those are indeed reality. If one realizes it, afflictions will not arise. Regarding the nature of consciousness, because of self-grasping and what belongs to self, and because it is mine, it is said to be the agent, therefore listening, thinking, and meditating are not real. Saying this is to explain in another way the meaning of the doubt that "everything is not real." The Blessed One said that the aggregate of the nature of consciousness is the self, therefore, the self of the nature of consciousness, because it possesses self-grasping and what belongs to self, and because it is mine, and is said to be the agent of consciousness, therefore listening, thinking, and meditating are not reality, because ultimately, consciousness is not considered to be "self." By the power of relying on worldly treatises, it is said, "Real and unreal." Saying this is to explain in another way the meaning of the words "reality and unreality." Because the world appears to be grasped as self, therefore, by the power of relying on worldly words, showing that consciousness is said to be "self" is reality; by the power of relying on treatises, because of no-self, showing that consciousness is not "self" is unreality. In terms of the Mahayana school, because all dharmas are unborn, therefore, becoming the object of both conceptual and non-conceptual consciousness, whatever is discriminated as reality, etc., by the nature of things, such does not exist, therefore it is said, "Neither unreal nor not unreal, this is what the Buddha taught," this is to explain in another way the meaning of the words "neither is it unreality, nor is it reality." The Mahayana school is ultimate, therefore, because all dharmas are unborn, therefore, whatever is discriminated as unreality by the nature of things, for the object of both conceptual and non-conceptual consciousness, that
