Ya ste. Since it exists, it should be added that "birth, looking to the future, will occur." To show that very thing, it is said, "From existence comes birth." Having said "to," this also shows the nature, order, and connection of "birth due to the condition of existence," and it should be added that "birth with the condition of existence will occur." The term "birth" means that because of being born, it is birth. By saying "it arises from the non-arising of the aggregates," it shows the nature of birth. Thus, it connects the order by saying that "birth with the condition of existence will occur." Those show that "birth is due to the condition of existence." Now, due to the condition of birth, aging and death, sorrow, lamentation, suffering, distress, and agitation will occur. Therefore, to show that this great mass of suffering alone will occur, it is said, "Aging and death, and sorrow." Having said "etc.," these also show the nature, order, and connection, etc., of aging and death, etc., due to the condition of birth, and it should be added that "aging and death, etc., with the condition of birth will occur." To show those very things, aging and death are the causes of complete change and destruction. Sorrow is caused by separation from what is dear, and it is the characteristic of internal complete torment. "Lamentation with suffering," the term "lamentation" refers to the expression of words based on the complete praise of the qualities of a beloved person who has been lost, which is to completely lament and wail. Suffering means feeling bodily discomfort. "Distress and agitation," the term "distress" means feeling mental discomfort. The term "agitation" refers to agitation due to bodily and mental agitation. "Those arise greatly from birth," which means that those aging and death, etc., as shown above, will greatly arise from birth. Thus, the mass of suffering

'Gyur.' This is called. The aggregate of suffering is a synonym for the collection of suffering. 'Sole' is a synonym for 'unmixed with happiness.' 'This will arise' means 'it will be born,' so it is said. In conventional truth, the arising of the aggregates that belong to convention is conventional dependent origination. In ultimate truth, it does not exist in the way that the non-arising has been taught, so there is no fault of contradicting the commitment. Thus, the way in which the twelve links of existence arise in order is conventional, not ultimate. Therefore, the Madhyamikas say in ultimate truth: 'The Buddha has not taught any Dharma to anyone, anywhere.' Saying this does not contradict the commitment. For the time being, these have shown the characteristics of the conventional dependent origination arising in order. Now, the characteristics of the conventional dependent origination turning away from the order will be shown. Therefore, how will the continuum of arising cease? Therefore, it is said: 'Because the unwise make actions, therefore the wise do not make the root of samsara.' Those who see the faults of formations, because they see them as they are, do not make them, and so on. This is the opposite of what was said before: 'Because of the obscuration of ignorance, for the sake of rebirth, the three kinds of formations, whoever makes them, goes by those actions.' To show the distinction, the unwise do not see the faults of formations, which are like illusions and mirages, arising from a beginningless continuum of causes, so they want to experience happiness again and again and make them, so it is said: 'Therefore, the unwise make them, because the wise see them.' Thus, the unwise make the formations that are the root of samsara, but the wise do not. Why is that?

It should be added, "In order to see that." In order to show "In order to see that," it is said, "In order to generate the antidote, and in order to abandon the ignorance of the nature of afflictions and cognitive obscurations." Now, in order to show that when ignorance ceases, actions cease, it is said, "If ignorance ceases, actions will not arise either. Because there is no cause, like a sprout without a seed." In order to show by what means ignorance ceases, that is, ignorance ceases because of cultivating that wisdom. With the wisdom of emptiness that realizes the selflessness of phenomena, taking dependent origination as its object, in the manner of showing that language, by completely negating the self-nature of all phenomena, one cultivates and familiarizes oneself with it. Thus, when ignorance ceases, actions cease, in order to show that the remaining limbs of existence also gradually cease. Because that and that cease, that and that do not manifest. Because the antidote arises, the earlier limbs of existence, such as actions, cease, therefore the later limbs of existence, such as consciousness, do not manifest, from the cessation of actions to the cessation of consciousness, and so on, until the cessation of birth to the cessation of aging and death, they do not manifest. Now, in order to show the conclusion, it is said, "The mere aggregate of suffering, thus is completely extinguished." Thus, that is completely extinguished, in order to show which truth that is said to be based on, it is said to be based on the complete acceptance of conventional truth. In terms of ultimate truth, for the unarisen limbs of dependent origination such as ignorance, because there is no birth, there is also no cessation. Now, in order to show the conclusion of the answer to the faults pointed out by others against the tenets established by the Madhyamikas, it is said that the Blessed One taught pure dependent origination in the ultimate truth, and because there is no commitment, there is no opportunity for the fault of commitment.
