It has been shown that one has entered into the realm of reality. Similarly, in the Perfection of Wisdom Sutra, it is extensively stated, "Subhuti, nirvana is also like an illusion, like a dream," and so on. Similarly, in the Sutra of the Noble Bodhisattva's Collection, it says, "Shariputra, those who seek nirvana from things are quarrelsome, and I am not their teacher, nor are they my shravakas," and so on. Similarly, in the Noble Lankavatara Sutra, it says: "If one analyzes with intellect, there is no analysis and no other's power. If there is no established entity, how can one analyze with intellect? Things themselves do not exist, nor does consciousness. The alaya-vijnana does not exist either. Foolish children with bad thoughts are like corpses; they become those who can analyze." And so on. These statements are established. Thus, these reliable scriptures establish the qualities and source of nirvana's selflessness. These objects to be explained by this treatise are also the wisdom of the teacher and the skill of the commentator. The twenty-fifth chapter, the extensive commentary on the examination of nirvana from the Commentary on the Root Verses of the Middle Way, Lamp of Wisdom, composed by the teacher Lekdenjé, is completed by the teacher Chenrezig Trulzhuk. Now, similarly, by refuting the distinctions of opposing categories with emptiness, in order to show the dependent arising of conventional terms, the twenty-sixth chapter is begun by the power of meaning. Here, the word "power" should also be understood as the meaning of the cause of entering into a commitment, and as the meaning of combining with the text that follows. The meaning of the words is as before. Among them, understanding by the power of the meaning of entering into a commitment, now similarly, by refuting the distinctions of opposing categories with emptiness, it is said. When the author of the treatise wrote the first chapter of examining conditions, he made a commitment that all things are unborn, so here too, as the previous author of the treatise

According to the vow made earlier, in terms of the meaning of the cause of entering into that vow, it was said that way. The so-called "thus" is according to the rules indicated earlier. Emptiness is one's own tenet. Its incompatible aspect is the opponent's tenet, just like this, things are all said to be self-existent. The so-called "its difference" is that the other party puts forward the previous tenet in order to argue that things are self-existent. In this place, as soon as you finish the discussion, you say: "The Buddha has not taught any Dharma to anyone anywhere." This is because the Blessed One proclaimed dependent arising, so that all the gatherings of heretical deer benefited, and the faults of wrong views were pacified. You understood that meaning, because the Blessed One was known as the Buddha in the world and became famous, so you wanted to refute it, so you said: "The Buddha has not taught any Dharma to anyone anywhere." Therefore, if you promise this, you will be harmed. The so-called "by refuting it" means that in terms of the meaning of refuting it, the twenty-sixth treatise will be written. In terms of the meaning of combining with the following text, it is said that "because of showing the meaning of conventional dependent arising, the twenty-sixth treatise is written", that is, the meaning stated in the following text of the twenty-sixth treatise examining the twelve branches of existence is to show the conventional dependent arising, so in terms of that meaning, it was said that way. What is the result of this treatise? In what way can that result be obtained? Showing the conventional dependent arising is the result of this treatise, and that result can be obtained by refuting the difference of the incompatible aspects of emptiness, therefore, because the interpreter only shows the convenience of this occasion of the connection of the treatise and the first result arising from the convenience, in order to show the difference of the incompatible aspects of emptiness that is said, it is said here "you do the discussion".

Immediately after passing away, (someone) said, "The Buddha has never, anywhere, taught any Dharma to anyone." This is because the Blessed One understood dependent origination, which enables all the deer herds of the heretics to benefit, and pacifies the faults of wrong views, so (the Blessed One) is known as the Buddha in the world, therefore you want to refute it, so you say, "The Buddha has never, anywhere, taught any Dharma to anyone." Therefore, does admitting this cause harm?", (the other party) said. They (the other party) said, "The Blessed One understood dependent origination, which enables all the deer herds of the heretics to benefit, and pacifies the faults of wrong views, so the Blessed One is known as the Buddha in the world, which is widely known. And you Madhyamikas want to refute it, so you say, "The Buddha has never, anywhere, taught any Dharma to anyone." Therefore, admitting your words will cause harm." This points out the previous position. Now, in order to refute the incompatibility of emptiness, and in order to explain the dependent origination of conventional terms, therefore, in order to answer "they say so," the explanation is being done here. Therefore, (the text) says: "Because of being obscured by ignorance, there is a cause for rebirth, the three actions manifest, and they transmigrate by that karma." and so on. The general meaning here is that we Madhyamikas, in terms of the ultimate truth, considering what (the scripture) says: "All objects of focus are pacified, and scattering is pacified and peaceful." Therefore, we say, "The Buddha has never, anywhere, taught any Dharma to anyone." But in terms of conventional truth, the Blessed One understood dependent origination, which enables all the deer herds of the heretics to benefit, and pacifies the faults of wrong views, so the Blessed One is known as the Buddha in the world, which is widely known, we admit this, therefore, admitting our previous words will not cause harm. Therefore, now
