Because, there is a connection between karma and its result. It is also said in the scriptures: "Deeds, even after hundreds of kalpas, are not lost or destroyed; when the causes and conditions meet, the results are experienced by the embodied beings themselves." Therefore, there is a connection between karma and its result, and it will not turn into the fault of being permanent or annihilated. Therefore, our argument that there is a connection between karma and its result is established, so this examination is reasonable here, they say. To show this very point, just like the collateral for a loan, the dharma of the characteristic of the seal of karma not being wasted certainly exists. For example, even if the borrowed property is used, because there is collateral, the creditor's property is not wasted, and the wealth will increase with interest. Similarly, even if karma ceases in an instant, because there is the dharma called "not being wasted" that arises from its cause, the result of the actor's karma is not wasted, and it will bring special results, they say. Just as the collateral for a loan becomes useless when the creditor's property is recovered, the non-wasting also becomes useless when the actor experiences the result, which will be said below: "Even if it ripens, it remains." Therefore, even if it exists like waste paper, it cannot grow fruit again, because it has already grown fruit, so it is like collateral that has already been used. How many kinds of non-wasting are there? Therefore, it has four kinds from the realms. The non-wasting has four kinds from the distinctions of the realms belonging to the desire realm, the form realm, the formless realm, and the uncontaminated realm, they say, which refers to the three realms and the uncontaminated realm. What is the nature of non-wasting like? Therefore, it is also of an unspecified nature. Because it does not convey good or non-good, they say. Although the karmas included in the three realms and the uncontaminated realm are good and non-good, the non-wasting that holds these vipakas, because it does not convey good or non-good, is unspecified in nature. Included in the three realms and the uncontaminated realm

Therefore, the contaminated and uncontaminated actions, the imperishable that holds their maturation, if differentiated by the types of actions, it should be known that there are only two types: contaminated and uncontaminated. Because its nature cannot be said to be merely contaminated and uncontaminated. Moreover, by its nature, it is unspecified. If asked, how is the imperishable eliminated? Therefore, it is said: it is not eliminated by elimination, because what should be eliminated by seeing suffering, origin, cessation, and path, is not eliminated by elimination. This explains that the four types of imperishable are unspecified by nature, and the eighty-eight subtle attachments of the three realms that should be eliminated by seeing the four truths are not eliminated by elimination. Like this, the path of seeing can eliminate non-virtuous and contaminated actions and afflictions, but cannot eliminate virtuous and uncontaminated, as well as unspecified. Because the imperishable is unspecified by nature, it is not eliminated by the path of seeing. Then, by what is it eliminated? Therefore, it is said: it is also eliminated by the path of meditation. When the fruit changes, it is eliminated by the path of meditation. This explains that the imperishable cannot be eliminated during the fifteen moments of the path of seeing. From the fifteenth moment to the sixteenth moment, when transforming into the fruit of stream-entry, the non-virtuous and contaminated actions of ordinary beings, as well as the unspecified imperishable that holds the maturation of the actions that lead to stream-entry, are eliminated by the path of meditation. Similarly, when transforming from the fruit of stream-entry to the fruit of once-returner, the virtuous actions of stream-entry and leading to once-returner, as well as the unspecified imperishable that holds the uncontaminated maturation, are eliminated by the path of meditation. When transforming from the fruit of once-returner to the fruit of non-returner, the imperishable of once-returner and leading to non-returner is eliminated by the path of meditation. From the fruit of non-returner to the fruit of Arhat,
