It is declared to establish that the Tathagata's wisdom is indeed the omniscient wisdom. In this regard, if someone says that the Tathagata's wisdom of ultimate truth is not the omniscient wisdom, then the meaning of the opponent's reason, "because it is consciousness," is not established. Why? Because in the truth of ultimate truth, if even wisdom does not exist, what need is there to mention consciousness? Because consciousness does not arise on that, the meaning of the reason "because it is consciousness" is not established. For example, like the consciousness of ordinary beings, the example stated is also not established. Why? Because in ultimate truth, the consciousness of ordinary beings also does not arise, so there is the fault of the subject of the example not being established. Not only is the meaning of the reason "because it is consciousness" not established, but also, if the opponent says, "The Tathagata's wisdom is not omniscient wisdom, because it is grasping, because it has an object," and so on, if such reasons are stated, then these are also not established because they do not arise in ultimate truth, so the fault of non-establishment should be pointed out. Regarding the aspect of the body, the faults of reason and example are also the same, which means that if the opponent thinks that the Tathagata's body is not the basis of omniscient wisdom, because it is a body, for example, like the body of ordinary beings, thus arguing from the aspect of the body, refuting the view that it is not omniscient wisdom, and declaring to establish that the Tathagata's body is indeed the basis of omniscient wisdom. In this regard, if someone says that the Tathagata's body of ultimate truth is not the basis of omniscient wisdom, then the meaning of the opponent's reason, "because it is a body," is not established. Why? Because in ultimate truth, the Tathagata is not embodied, because it is not established as a body, so the meaning of the reason "because it is a body" is not established. For example, the example stated, "like the body of ordinary beings,"

This is also not established. Why? Like this, as far as the ultimate truth is concerned, the bodies of individual sentient beings have not even arisen, so there is the fault of the example's subject not being established. Thus, for the time being, having refuted the arguments of the opponents, therefore, as far as the ultimate truth is concerned, the Tathagata is established as the all-knowing one. Here, if the opponents say this, as far as the ultimate truth is concerned, the Tathagata does not have humanity and the nature of a speaker, so it is certain that he is the all-knowing one, but as far as the conventional truth is concerned, the Tathagata was born into the lineage of Suddhodana, this one has humanity and the nature of a speaker, so he is not all-knowing. In order to answer this previous view raised from within, here, by explaining, it is stated that, first of all, what is the meaning of the proposition that he is not all-knowing? Is it that he knows nothing at all, but knows a little? Or does he not know even a little? These two questions are raised. To this, if one thinks like the first question, then one should ask: What exactly is it that you think is unknown? If the opponents think that the so-called not all-knowing means that he knows nothing at all, but knows a little, then one should ask him, what exactly is it that you think is unknown? After asking that, they say: If it is said to be beyond the senses, that means he does not know it. In order to answer this question, in order to prove that he even knows what is beyond the senses, therefore, the subsequent inference is shown. He says: He knows that, because it is knowable, just like placing a flawless jewel, etc., in one's own palm. These should be connected in order with the subject, the object to be proven, the means of proof, and the example. For example, just as a flawless crystal ball, etc., is placed in the palm of the all-knowing one, because it is knowable, so he knows it, similarly, those beyond the senses are also knowable, so he knows them. What are those beyond the senses? For example, the five aggregates, the twelve sources, the eighteen elements, the contemplation of ugliness, the mindfulness of exhaling and inhaling, the four mindfulnesses, the four correct abandonments, the four legs of miraculous power, etc.
