Since the debate on the absence of prior origination has already been refuted, it is not without analogy. The phrase "because the very existence of substance has been refuted" should also be applied in the same way, that is, in the debate on aggregates, the very existence of substance has been refuted. Similarly, the objects of the eye consciousness, such as form, are also refuted in the same way as the seeing of the eye is refuted. Previously, Other schools say: Like the fire wheel and so on that we consider, which are the objects of the non-conceptual eye consciousness, those are all considered to have intrinsic nature. This is also a response to what they say, because it has already been refuted in the debate on the twelve sources. My analogy is established, and the tenets of those who say that there is intrinsic nature by the power of others have declined, and the intention of the author of the treatise to vow that the Tathagata also has no intrinsic nature, just as the fire wheel has no intrinsic nature, has been established. In short, they say: If the Buddha relies on the aggregates, then there is no intrinsic nature. This verse shows that the Tathagata does not exist from intrinsic nature. Now, in order to show that it does not exist from other entities either, how could it exist from other entities if it does not exist from intrinsic nature? Because the entity of my entity depends on others in order to establish otherness. They say this, if the Tathagata has the intrinsic nature of my entity, then depending on it, its causes and conditions can be established as other entities, then will it also be established from other entities? If the Buddha relies on the aggregates, then there is no intrinsic nature. By this reasoning, since my entity does not exist, the causes and conditions will not be established as other entities either, so the Tathagata is not established from other entities either. Also, the words "also" and so on are taken from the previous idea of others who said that the Tathagata is established by relying on the aggregates, so this argument does not harm us, the Tathagata.

If it is established by relying on the aggregates, then it shows another way to prove that it is not appropriate to be self-nature. In that case, whatever is established by relying on the object of another is the subject. That it is not appropriate to be self-nature is the dharma to be proven. Because it is to be established by relying on the object of another, it is the dharma to be proven. For example, like a magical person, that is the example. That is without self-nature, that is, the synonym of without self-nature, that is the conclusion. For example, a magical person is established by relying on the characteristics of peacock feathers and other characteristics of other beings, so it is not appropriate to be self-nature. Similarly, the Tathagata is also established by relying on the characteristics of the aggregates of other beings, so it is not appropriate to be self-nature. Whatever is established by relying on, that is without self-nature, that is, the synonym of without self-nature. Thus, whatever is without self-nature, how can it become a Tathagata? It is considered that this is an example to establish that all dharmas have self-nature, which is the conclusion. Whatever is established by relying on is without self-nature, that is not truly existent, therefore, others think that this is an example to establish that all dharmas have self-nature, and the name of Tathagata is a synonym for non-existence. Therefore, there is the fault that the example of the argument is incomplete, which is the fruit of valid cognition. Thus, since it has been established that the Tathagata is without self-nature in the ultimate truth, then previously others thought that in the ultimate truth, form and other dharmas only have self-nature, because they are things, such as the body of the Tathagata, so the argument that was said has the fault that the example is incomplete, therefore, the view that form and other dharmas are without self-nature in the ultimate truth, which was vowed by the author of the treatise, is established. Or, others say that even if it is not established from self-nature, it is established from the object of others, therefore, because the example itself is established, it is established that all dharmas only have self-nature, to which it is said here, if there is no self-nature, how can other things exist?
