Oh! Pride also has three types: pride arising from transformation, pride arising from atoms, and pride arising from origination. Among them, pride arising from transformation, mainly based on mental strength, gives rise to the eleven faculties. Pride arising from origination, mainly based on darkness, gives rise to the five tanmatras. Pride arising from atoms, mainly based on movement, is the nature of both. Thus, the aspect, from the previous stages such as the chief principle, is abandoned, and the subsequent stages such as the great one are experienced, the nature is not destroyed, just as abandoning the stage of a gold bracelet and obtaining other stages such as an armlet. If it is said that these do not revolve, then that is the lineage. In order to show the inference of it, like this, on our side, when the moment of the fruit does not arise, it should be known that the cause has not perished. Because the place, measure, shape, etc. are close, it is said like the nature of the fruit. Those are the subject, the to-be-proven dharma, the proving dharma, and the example, combined in order. For example, the fruit yogurt or ring, because it is not separated from its own place, measure, and shape, etc., and is close, just as it does not perish when it arises. The cause milk or gold, when the fruit arises, because it is not separated from the place, measure, and shape, etc., and is close, so it should be known that when the moment of the fruit yogurt or ring does not arise, the nature of the cause milk and gold has not perished. Thus, the nature of action is constant, and those who change stages have samsara. Or, in order to prevent destruction, the actions of the nature of the body, senses, and mind are definitely abiding, and so on. The Samkhyas say that in order to prevent the constant destruction of the nature of things, the actions of the nature of the body, senses, and mind are definitely abiding, and those who completely change stages have samsara, showing such a treatise. If the actions of the nature of the body, senses, and mind are definitely abiding, then what?

Why does it appear to be completely transformed? Therefore, in order to accomplish the meaning of sentient beings, in a way that can accomplish the purpose of sentient beings, appearance and non-appearance are transformed into the nature of other dharmas. Complete transformation is called samsara, so it is said. When a sentient being wants to enjoy an object, the sentient being makes the senses engage with the object. The senses experience the objects, and the sentient being enjoys the arising consciousness of the appearance of the object, with the nature of appearance and non-appearance of the senses, objects, and consciousness being completely transformed, therefore this possessing complete transformation is called samsara. Complete transformation is only for those who are permanent, and it is not desired for those who perish at that time, so it is said. Therefore, the transformation of such a state is called samsara, and that is only for us Samkhyas whose nature is permanent, but it is not for you Buddhists who perish in every moment, so the doctrine is proclaimed. In order to answer what was said, by making the explanation itself, it is said, "Here, that is not reasonable," etc., thereby refuting the doctrine of the Samkhyas. Why is that unreasonable? Because it has also been shown that the dharmas of other dharmas of appearance and non-appearance also have them, so it is said. For example, when a finger ring appears, the dharma of other dharmas of the armlet that does not appear, gold also has appearance and non-appearance.
