It is only established by the wisdom belonging to the conventional truth, but not by the one belonging to the ultimate truth, because bondage and liberation are not reasonable in the ultimate. It is said that bondage and liberation are established by the wisdom belonging to the conventional truth, but since they do not belong to the ultimate truth, they are without inherent existence in the ultimate. In order to show the source of this, the Blessed One also said in the Sutra Requested by Brahma, "The Tathagata establishes samsara in the conventional, but in the ultimate, there is no samsara there. The Tathagata establishes nirvana in the conventional, but in the ultimate, there is no nirvana there." The teacher also, with that meaning in mind, analyzed the discriminations of bondage. If there is bondage, then are the aggregates or sentient beings bound? And so on, this shows the case of the absence of inherent existence in internal objects. The venerable teacher Nagarjuna also, with the meaning of the absence of inherent existence of samsara and nirvana in the ultimate in mind, the speakers in this world discriminate the existence of bondage in this way: some say that the aggregates are permanent, so they are bound; some say that the aggregates are impermanent, so they are bound; some say that sentient beings are permanent, so they are bound; some say that sentient beings are impermanent, so they are bound. These are analyzed, showing that all ways are unreasonable. Among them, in order to show that it is unreasonable for permanent aggregates to be bound, the two questions are asked: "Are the aggregates permanent or impermanent?" If it is thought according to the previous analysis, then it is said: "If the aggregates are samsara, then if they are permanent, they will not revolve." It means that if the aggregates are permanent, they will not revolve, why? Because the permanent does not change. In order to show this reason, because there is no perception or inference to show that the aggregates are permanent.

Having spoken of actions and so on. Because this does not show the inference that the other party considers conditioned things to be permanent, it shows that because conditioned things are impermanent, it will not revolve in samsara. Because bondage and liberation do not exist with the inference of permanence, in order to eliminate these, it will become a fault of turning back from the nature of the dharma for the vow, thinking like this, this is because the other party considers conditioned things to be permanent, because of permanence, bondage and liberation do not exist, in order to eliminate these, for the vow of the other party, from the dharma of conditioned things, that is, the nature of bondage and liberation. Because it becomes the fault of not having those, if conditioned things are permanent, they will not revolve in samsara, thus showing the thought. Or, if those are permanent, they will not revolve in samsara. For this statement, samsara is the continuous running and arising, and revolving in the five paths, if so, for the permanent conditioned things that have not produced the difference between before and after, this is unreasonable, saying that, for this, whatever arises and ceases there and there with the continuity of the continuum, that is called samsara, the permanent and unchanging conditioned things cannot become the nature of arising and ceasing, therefore, if conditioned things are permanent, they will not revolve in samsara. Here it is said that the Samkhyas say, this is to show the Samkhyas' answer to the Madhyamikas saying that there is no samsara in the ultimate truth. Therefore, they say, if for those who speak of annihilationism, in order to refute saying such words, saying that permanent things will not revolve in samsara, this is reasonable, saying that, in order to refute the tenets of the heretical annihilationists, if the Madhyamikas say that, it is reasonable, thus showing the admission. However, if conditioned things abandon the previous state and experience obtaining the later state, only indestructible things will not revolve in samsara, saying that is unreasonable, saying that, if the Madhyamikas say that there is no samsara from the tenets of the Samkhyas, that is unreasonable, thus showing the refutation. According to the Samkhya tenets, courage and dust and the three qualities of darkness are equal is called the chief. From the chief, a slightly large and change arise. From the large, a very obvious ego arises.
